Distance vs relocation

Hi Everybody,



I have some questions about a long distance relationship vs relocation.



I live in Canada. Most of the message I receive from this dating site and another one are from outside of Canada. Mostly US and some Europe.



Sometimes, I find some guys really interesting but I don't respond to their messages because I don't know what to do.



I'm over 50 and have my job and living here in Canada although I was born abroad.



Let's say, in case everything works, I'm willing and eager to relocate but I'm wondering how am I going to do to find a job abroad vs my age...
