Missionary work

I was wondering if anyone here could tell me if there are any good organizations to do missionary work with. I have felt the call of God on my life and I already do local work such as passing out tracks etc. My church doesnt do missionary work and so was wondering if anyone here has done any work like that? Looking maybe to go help out at an orphanage.
