It's been an interesting off season we have had. Mike Shannahan one of the most successful head coaches fired (after several near missing of the playoffs) and replaced with 32 year old Josh McDaniel. So what does he do first, alienate their star pro bowl quarterback, Jay Cutler. One of the best QB's since Elway left. I"m sure there were those who weren't to happy about it. But after hearing some news, it might seem like a good thing. Only time will tell if McDaniels was a genius by doing the trade, or a complete idiot.
It seems like the team is shaping up pretty good, and should have a nice match up Aug 30 when the Brocnos have to play the Bears.
In other news, it seems like Brandon Marshall is in "holdout" thinking his career is done with the Broncos. He only is gonna be getting 2.2 mil this year and is a free agent next year. But as opposed to Cutler situation, Marshall doesn't have the same leverage as he did. Marshall is coming off hip surgery (in which he blames the teams medical staff for failing to diagnose his injury sooner) and several runs with the law.
