Fires in B.C.Posted : 21 Jul, 2009 12:23 PMHere in the Okanagan area in Kelowna, there have been some serious fires & a number of families have already lost their homes. Many more have had to evacuate & are just now being allowed to return to see the condition of their neighborhoods. This is an extremely stressful & upsetting time for many. I'm asking the Lord to not only help meet their immediate physical needs, but also that through this situation, many will come to recognize their need for depending on the Lord. Thank you for your prayers for the many affected by these fires. |
