1 egg over easy

1 slice of cheddar cheese

This sandwich is good for breakfast or something to eat before you go to bed.

Also:

Bread (toasted)

horseradish

2 slices of pickle

sliced onions

slice of tomato

fetta sprinkled on

1 egg over easy

1 slice of salami (fried)

1 thin slice of fried pork

Bread (toasted)

This was my attempt at creating a Cuban, but instead ended up creating just a giant man-wich. not for the faint of heart. you could hurt yourself eating this thing in one setting. good for a weekend afternoon when there's pleanty of time to take a nap or when you don't have anything better to do than eat.

Oh, also on the first one, the cheddar is to be melted. And on the second one melted provolone also belongs on there as well.
