Yesterday was a sad day.

Yes, yesterday was sad. A friend of mine went down to the river by the bridge everyday for his quiet time with the Lord. He would always take a little bag of bread with him to feed the ducks and fish. The ducks always saw him coming, but what is amazing is; there was a cat fish that began showing up every day. After awhile be even got the catfish to take bread from his hand. Coaching him bit by bit he even got it to swim up out of the water onto shore to take the bread. Yesterday my friend wasn't paying attention; he left to go home after feeding the ducks and the catfish and the catfish followed him. When he crossed the bridge the catfish fell in the river and drowned!

Moral to the story :

If you come out of the Law and walk in Grace only to fall back into the Law; you will drown in guilt, shame and fear.

Very true twosparrows we maybe saved by grace but we must not forget Gods law,we have a moral duty to live a holy life,Jesus has made us blameless in front of God so we should strive to be like our saviour.even though we fail time and time again but praise God He is a forgiving God who not only forgives His people but He forgets our sins.

Have a blessed day today.

IT IS BY FAITH WE ARE SAVED AND CAN WALK FREE OF SIN AND GLORIFY THE FATHER, FAITH IS OUR RESPONCE TO THE WORD OF GOD, OUR LOVE FOR THE FATHER IS DEMONSTRATED BY OUR WILLINGNESS TO OBEY THE WORD OF GOD, WALK IN THE LIGHT OF THE WORD AS HE IS IN THE LIGHT!
