@Jude:

The Holy Spirit of GOD is grieved when christians exalt Him above Yeshua.

When people speak more of and chase after the Holy Spirit then Yeshua.

The Holy SPirit is to glorify Yeshua,He reveals Yeshua to the believers.

Yet people will seek the things of the Holy Spirit aboe that of Yeshua.

this is what pleases the Holy Spirit,and He has to do these things and He has to be like this,for Yeshua cannot lie.

John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

John 16:8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

John 16:9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;

John 16:10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;

John 16:11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

John 16:12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

John 16:14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

I don't know one Christian who exalts the Holy Spirit above Jesus.

The reason the enemy wants to stifle The Comforter is because---------------

But ye shall receive Power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8

God Bless,

I know LOTS of Christians that exalt the Holy Spirit above Jesus! There are plenty here. Oh they do pay lip service to the LORD and they are trained to speak like a parakeet when asked, they know they right words to say about Jesus but you can see in the way they talk about the gifts where their heart is.

I do get confused at times,mrrow, and I know confusion doesn't come from God---- it comes from the enemy.

Your insults don't come from God either ( and I'm positively not confused about that).

The problem lies in this truth Mr. R0W most christians on this board do not know, or have not been taught that one has to receive the Holy Spirit just as you receive Jesus.

Several ways to Grieve the Holy:

1. To not follow the principles in the parable of the sower, you can not know the kingdom of God and how it operates outside of this truth.

2.Walking by Sight and not by faith.

3. Labeling christians as those that are not of truth, and by your own wisdom saying they are false teachers and such.

4. Proclaiming limited atonement.

5. Proclaiming tithing is not for the church.

6. Touching God's anointed with your mouth.

7.Professing the gospel is the forgiveness of sins.

8. Boldly procaliming your opinion as true doctrine.

9. Causing division in the church.

10. Complaining about the state of the church and the body of Christ

@ PJ:

PJ,there you go again,making an umbrella accussation about most believers on this site;Yet you do not give any Biblical evidence to back up your arguement..

You claim that a person has to recieve the Holy Spirit the same way that they had recieved Yeshua.

Well then,How does one recieve Yeshua?

Please show me your Biblical evidence.

That's if you are able to do this.
