Unfortunately I find myself having to add this preface: I'm 57. If your age starts with 1, there is an 80% chance it ends with ....teen. what are you doing here? Why are you bothering me? That's just wrong. Young lady, get off the computer, go to your room and think about your life and what you want to be when you grow up!
If you are in your 20's or 30's; I'm flattered but not interested. Not interested in 'hook-up's, fwb, sexting, and certainly not interested in being a sugar daddy. So, I hope you find what you want; but you will have to find it elsewhere.
Also, if you must consult with your dog before determining the tone of your next message... Please answer me this before I block you: does your dog speak English or do you speak dog? Lol. Yup, its interestingly weird out there! Lol
Please note: I am planning my retirement this November and intended to relocate to Belize shortly after the upcoming new year. That is not set it stone, but will need a major motivator to change my mind. If this is a deal breaker for you, we can always chat, but......
OK then: this is the part where I'm expected to extol my many wonderful vertues so that you are left slack jawed, breathless and wondering how you managed these many years without such a magnificent creature in you life !!
Well, here goes:
Do you enjoy the beach? The outdoors? A long drive in the countryside to nowhere in particular or a walk in the part on a sunny late spring day? Do you love to laugh; relish nice gathering with family and friends? Are you adventurous? Do you get a heart felt warmth from a child's smile or rescuing a hapless puppy in distress?
Well, guess what, ditto... All of the above.
Seriously, I do enjoy those things.... but who doesn't? That doesn't give you a clue as to who I am.
I am:
A retired military man ( Air Force ). Work hard. Educated. Well read. I've been fortunate to have extensively traveled the world... Including a year in Antarctica. Get pleasure from the simpler things. Like to keep a vegetable garden. ( flowers... Not so much! Lol).
I am very comfortable in a formal dress situation but would rather be in jeans and flannel with friends and a BBQ.
I do enjoy the outdoors. Camping and hunting in particular, and yes, I can field dress and butcher what I hunt. Nothing wasted, as nature intended it to be.
I enjoy going to the range and participating in three gun competition. Im an outspoken advocate of the second amendment and believe it is every man's right and responsibility to protect his family.
Although currently lapsed, I am a pilot. Had a pilot's license before I had a driver's license. Funny, I could not drive to the airport,but once there, I could fly to anywhere in the world! Will be re-certing once retired.
Politically,i am a libertarian.
I'm a practical survivalist. Believe in being prepared for any eventuality. Sadly,living off the land is a lost art.
I have a good sense of humor... Can laugh at my self but will only laugh with you... Never at you.
Will enjoy long, intelligent conversations together.
I am very handy in the kitchen. I rarely cook for my self but will enjoy going all out for you.
Prefer working on my house and cars rather than hiring a contractor or going to a garage.
I take my Christian faith very seriously but prefer to live it rather than preach it.
I will always be honest with you. If you ask my opinion, I will give it... Being mindful to use my words to build and encourage and strengthen you: never to club or beat you with them.
I don't believe a relationship is 50/50 ! In my opinion, if it's not 100/100 it cannot work.
I am not looking for my better or other half. I am a complete person and am looking for the same.
