I'm a 49er born in 1949, that makes me 70. I'm from New England. Moved to Maryland in 1962. Was born again in Baltimore Md. (and in heaven) in Nov. 1976 There is only one denomination for me: De Nom of Jesus. :applause:
I'm still a work in progress after these 70 years. But soon the Lord will be back, yes? If not sooner or later I will go to Him, YES! :angel:
I hope for a wife, one who will love me, but love Jesus more, and will help me live a more focused life in Him. Being married will call me to be the husband Paul speaks of in Ephesians Ch. 5. That will really call for some added humility in my life. And I expect some greater and different effort(s) also. Adjustments are not the strong suit for most men, but that is why we need God, yes? Yes! And a wife, yes? It is not good for man to be alone. And if that is so (and it is), it stands to reason that it is not good for woman to be alone either, yes?
So I hope to hear from someone who understands the ministry of a wife, be she single, widowed or divorced.
One woman on this site said she liked to ride Harley Davidsons and could talk about Jesus for hours. Well I am not much of a two wheel fan, but I could talk a good while about Jesus! :yay:
