- Firstly, I am a woman of God! Many people look at my outer appearance and think I am high maintenance or unapproachable. This is far from the truth. I am one of the sweetest people you could meet. Often times, too sweet. As my kindness has been misused in the past. I will not be posting my profile picture because the last time I did this, my inbox was filled with messages based solely on my looks. I want to the friends in my life to like/love me for the real me on the inside. I am not a trophy to display. I am a loving person that just wants the same love in return. If we become study buddies, we will be able to use Zoom or Skype. You will see me then. May I be transparent for a minute? I am born again and was reluctant to even sign up for this app because my divorce is not final. (It has been dragged out almost two years, but we go to mediation to come to an agreement of parental rights the end of March) However, due to COVID-19 sheltering in place, I am not sure how long this will drag out. Therefore, I decided I wanted a prayer partner, someone that I can bounce off ideas ( I am a songwriter), and just someone to talk to. I do desire to re-marry one day but at this time, I have, through life lessons, come to understand that friendship must come first and that takes getting to really know your partner. Just like loving GOD. We can not truly love GOD if we do not know him for ourselves. The only way to know GOD is to fellowship with him, read his word, look at his track record as a GOD and Father, etc,. So, therefore, any potential husband ( no one is perfect, I understand this) must be a man that I truly know, loves GOD, and strives to follow God's word. I have a zero-tolerance for liars, men that cheat/adulters, selfish in character. I have been told that I am too nice! I really do not understand this statement. Catering to the one you love, standing with him in his vision, being a team player and trusting seems the normal way to be when you are in a committed relationship or marriage. I can not change the way that I am. Yes, I am truly a romantic and proverbs 31 woman. I won't turn cold just because of the actions of someone else. The friend I am looking for right now should be positive, God-fearing, love music, enjoy studying the word, believe in monogamy, has a good relationship with his mother, be a heterosexual male, and most importantly, he must be holy spirit-filled.

- Although I only want a prayer partner and study buddy at this time. A first date would have to be dinner and a walk in the park or botanical gardens. It could even be a picnic. I love to cook! Walking and talking in the park on a cool summer day gives us the change to get to know each other. I also love boating. Instead of walking in the park a picnic on Lake Lanier would be nice also. Maybe there is a love connection or maybe a friend connection. Who knows until we fellowship and spend quality time getting to know one another more. A fun winter date would be indoor Laser Tag or going to the shooting range. Yes, I am good at both!
