Hi everyone. I'm Donnie and I'm new here. Care to show me around?
A little about me, I am Hawaiian, Asian,Spanish, and French. I am what most people would call a "mutt." LOL I was born and raised in California and I still love it here. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management but my background was in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Although God has gifted me with a passion for helping people. I am a Mental Health Counselor with a focus on addiction. I help people who are struggling with their mental health and those who are depressed, hopeless, lost, and whose spirit is broken. When offering help to those people and working with them, at some point you can see it in their eyes. Something just clicks and they get it, and now they have Hope and they are no longer broken inside. That to me is where the real gift is. Its almost intoxicating when you that when they are no longer lost and and they thank you for guiding them to a new life where the days are brighter, colors are more vibrant and they are able to handle struggles they were dealing with. I'm getting God Bumps just thinking of it. I say God Bumps because a goose has nothing to do with it.
