I'm goofy and funny (well, I think so! 😁 also evident perhaps by all the emojis 😅), laid back, easy to get along with, serious when I need to be, a bit introverted, but also not (good balance). I've been called smart and creative by others. I am very perceptive and great at reading people. My smile and hugs are infectious. Even my recent stepfather says he wants to adopt me. I can show that as a reference. 😅
I'm not a Don Juan, but I try my best to be romantic. If you are not offended at me for trying (and possibly failing 🤣), and can joke about it, we will get along just fine. I'm very down to earth, and practical. I tend to take care of others first before even thinking of myself.
At times, I may seem larger-than-life, as in a very strong or lively personality. At other times, I like to just lay back, chill, and relax. All in all a good balance. It may also depend on how much sleep I get. 🤣 In either case, I'm sure I'll make some impression that won't be hard to forget.
I tend to have a few godly friends, instead of a bunch of superficial ones.
I went to bible school in the 90s and never stopped learning. Never became a pastor, but everyone won't stop calling me one anyway. 😄 Mostly because I never stop studying the word, and have become the go-to guy for just about anything. If you ask me my opinion you'll get the word along with it. If you don't want to hear about God all the time, don't bother. 😊 I love Hosea 4:6 "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge", and the protection the father gives those who are in him (Psalms 91:1 [which I call the 911 😄]).
Sushi. I love sushi. Non-sushi lovers need not apply. 😁 (ok, I may be able to let that slide!)
I love eating out, going to the gym, going to the movies, exploring other towns time to time (long drives and hotel stays, beach visits ⛱), and hanging out with friends and family.
I'm also a musician - have played in churches, and can play the keyboard 🎹 (piano), bass guitar 🎸, acoustic guitar, and drums 🥁. Trying to learn more as well. I've even led praise and worship for a new Celebrate Recovery start up for the first year. I also produce my own music.
