Trying this thing on a whim, in a way. I'm a sort of active guy, hindered by some health problems, but I love to be in nature, walking and seeing and thinking. I suppose anything else about me will come out in conversation.
The specific health issues are fibromyalgia, POTS, and some muscle weakness. These can hinder physical activity a bit.
Edit: That first sentence makes me laugh every time I see it. It is filled with as much meaning I suppose it is able to have. I like to joke and play around but I am also a human in need of Jesus. That is what I was trying to capture in that sentence. There is much in life that is not easy, that we have to rely on Him for. I try to think about myself and everyone else with that realization. A friend of mine, talking about Amanda Bynes' breakdown some years back, said, "There is always a backstory." People are often both perpetrator and victim, and we're most helpful when we can see that, call out sin as it is and help them as much as we can.
I'm thankful for Christ in me and for me, though He is more than I deserve.
To clarify some things, I am a baptist in focus, with a reformed bent. I am not a Reformed Baptist in the strictest sense, but have no issue with them. I do have some focused and non-negotiable type beliefs and desire someone with the same. Some of these views are in regard to marriage roles, the nature of men and women, and some others. I try not to make them an issue but someone of them are hard to reconsider because it would affect how I am able to help my children, if I were to have any, or how I would lead my household. Thank you for considering me in any fashion.
