Look, I come with a lot of baggage from my past.
But, is the past what defines a person? No.
What defines a person is what they choose to do with that baggage; rather to hold onto it & allow it to dominate their life or use it to learn & grow from.
I have chosen to learn & grow from the baggage of my past.
From that growth, I have developed a deep & intimate relationship with the Lord. I even hold an Ordination & have began a ministry.
However, does holding an ordination & having a ministry make me perfect? No. I am still far from perfect. For example, at the present moment, I still smoke cigarettes. However, I do have a deep burning desire to quit.
Maybe you can be that pillar of love, support, & encouragement to help me achieve this.
My calling for how to run this ministry is to expose all... Meaning that I am to hide nothing about my life.... Meaning, the good, the bad, the ugly, the all of the in-between; so that others may see, by this, that they are not alone in their Journey to Christ like perfection; and therefore will better be able to fight the attacks of Satan that say: "ur such a sinner and u know u can never quit.. and ur the only one. u can't dare talk to anyone about it for help lest u be thoroughly judge. but ur also a lost cause. Jesus can not possibly love u and u can't possibly be saved."
Look, I can teach all the right ways, verbally but; I will not be a hypocrite by doing what every pastor does... which is to portray being perfect when none of are.
I am an open book 4 all to see. I strive to be that one that can be trusted to not be fake & to give real answer instead of ear tickling answers.
Now, I have been 3 years into divorce proceedings. I Do believe in marriage being forever & divorce not being an option; save for reasons of adultery. She had me falsely arrested and immediately moved another man in. Now enough on that for now. But, even with that, I still tried very hard to make the marriage work. She was unwilling.
I deserve to be loved & not judged. So, here I am, exposing the inward man & thereby, attempting to find what we all crave: someone to love and someone to love me.
Now, I am no good at online conversation starting nor do I seem to be very good with keeping a conversation going with someone I've never met; as I've seen too much evil... in too many people.
and until I can look directly into their eyes.....well.
However, I have devised a way to overcome at least part of this:
