- I hope to meet someone who can become my best friend then turn into much much more. I love expository preaching. My pastor had this prayer before he met his wife and I believe it's the way to go " I pray that if I find a potential mate it will be someone that we can serve the Lord better together than we can apart". By the way those are a friend's dogs in the pic. I love animals but those aren't mine. I am self employed, have been in the construction industry for almost 37 yrs. I love to build and fix things but, I'm not a handyman. I am a master at a few trades but I've also built my own home. I love the Lord and he's first. I'm also employed at my church part time doing whatever needs done. I'm truly looking for my wife but that will be up to God. If it's his will that I meet her here then who am I to argue with God...lol. I had a colorful past but it's just that, the past and my testimony of what he's done and is doing in my life is amazing as it is for all true Christians. So if you're like minded, love to laugh and crack jokes, then I'm a good one to chat with. I'm also in a discipleship group at church called Every Man A Warrior. look it up. It's all about teaching men to be Godly Men, Godly Husbands and Father's. It's amazing. I'm at church A lit, we have family night Wednesday nights. Bible study Sun morning before service, then I stick around and hang out with my church family after. Also in a small bible group that meets 1st and 3rd Sunday after church. We're going through Andrew Murray's book on humility right now, whew, talk about convicting. But it's what we need. Well, if there's anything else feel free to ask. God Bless.
