A little about me:
I work in Finance although my degree is in Engineering.
I love dancing - although I haven’t been dancing lately due to the pandemic. Mostly social dancing - ballroom, Latin, a little Argentine Tango, and the likes.
I love music and karaoke - my go to karaoke songs are Total Eclipse of the Heart, Livin’ on a Prayer, and To Be With You.
I went to see Top Gun Maverick 12 times in the movies. That was the only movie I went to multiple times ever.
I love to try new things and travel to new places. I once traveled solo in Japan from its northern most island to the southern most. I’ve also climbed up Mt. Fuji and loved the quiet and tranquility under the stars as I was climbing up in the night to catch the sunrise at the top.
I love history, but most of all, I love looking at old pictures and imagining, what life must’ve been like back then.
I love getting lost in a good book. I haven’t had the time to read lately but would love to pick something up soon. One of the most memorable books I’ve read was Anna Karenina. The way Tolstoy wrote, his prose, it’s as if I was there and I could smell the grass and feel the breeze of the Russian countryside.
I tend to be open, frank and honest and I don’t like to play games or to manipulate/be manipulated especially with the ones I love the most.
I was born into a Catholic family and I went to a Catholic school growing up. Life hasn’t always been easy, but I find that, that’s when I feel God’s hands the most. He truly works in mysterious ways.
I would love to eventually find a kind-hearted, caring, honest man to build a life with, with kids and maybe a dog or two. I may not open up easily, and I do have that skeptical side of me who’s afraid of getting hurt sometimes, but once I trust someone, I will always be loyal and true.
