Somewhere along the way you have to choose because it is a choice - whether you will choose to accept your current situations, face them so that you can choose things that are hard but worthwhile in the long stretch of life. Most people in our age group are facing that choice. Do I compromise and settle for something that I will struggle with versus do I choose the unknown and wait for that person that will be worth the wait? What hangs in the balance is the unknown. Loneliness is not a condition of companionship but a condition of the heart. Many people sleep in the same bed and find themselves lonely in those relationships and want out but cannot for one reason or the other. I want to choose from a position of contentment, that no one thing defines me but what God has already given and established for me. Go through the process with no expectations and you will come through with great rewards. None of us know how our life story will end. May it never say - You Gave Up!!!!!
