- I always have chores to do around the house. I have been doing the Keto diet since September gone from 223 pounds to 170 pounds. I enjoy trying to create new keto recipes and cooking. I find when I cheat on this diet that my body pushes me back to it ( I feel bad/ bloated). My other spare time is spent in bible study or watching wholesome movies and TV.
