I'm probably as driven and adventurous as you'll find. I left the U.S. at age sixteen as a professional athlete (Thai boxing), later went on to build a medical device company in China, and since then I've lived a nomad lifestyle exploring the world for the last two decades. I'm currently in Italy studying culinary arts and searching for an old farm house to renovate.
