I am now entering the final quarter of the game, (if this were football), and I may get to play the whole last quarter, or God may call me off the ground. So during the last few years, as I was living by myself, I started to make more and more time wondering how those men of old 'walked with God'. My marriage had failed and this had caused me to stop meeting. In time, I started to heal. Now I seek God more than ever, I meet regularly, I love my church, I love my home group, and live every day trusting in The LORD, stronger than I ever did. I had seen my pitiful state!
I know I am 63 spins around the Sun, but I am still doing everything that I ever did. It would be beautiful to meet someone who I can slow down with, maybe in a few years! Or do whatever we can accomplish together. Sharing life is a special gift from God that I seem to have missed out on recently!
For the slightly younger women out there, I still walk multi-day hikes, ride a bike all day, and love touring in my camper. I am a peacekeeper. I still work. I love making music, love the outdoors. I dislike TV, commercials, commercial radio. I would rather read a good book, or chat with my bestie. I am not impressed with tattoos, heavy makeup, body piercings, false eyelashes, cosmetic surgery and the like. I would love my woman just the way God packed her.
