I am a follower of Jesus Christ and strive to be closer to him every day, sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail but hey I’m human. I find if I’m not in the word everyday then It will be a bad day…so daily Bible reading is important to me. I’m also in my church every time the doors open…so if that’s not you we won’t work. I am looking for someone who likes traditional values and roles in a relationship.
I also have six awesome kids that live with me, we’re a package deal so if that scares you off I understand. But they seriously are pretty amazing and I’m so grateful for them.
I’m looking for a JOYFUL partner, I want someone who sings(it says joyful noise not pretty lol) and dances in the house. That’s uplifting to be around who loves to laugh and joke around. Who loves kids but at the same time cherishes alone time together. I’m not interested in hook ups or anything like that, I’m looking for my best friend here…the person I’ll spend the rest of my life with. If your not sure you want that yet again I’m not the one for you.
I think I’m a funny guy who doesn’t take himself to seriously. I love to laugh and make people laugh but whose humor can have a sarcastic bite to it as well as a bit of dark humor. I find it’s better to laugh than cry in life. I’m also extremely loyal, I recently found out that if I had to be an animal I’m apparently a Golden Retriever…wish it was something more like a Grizzly but nope…life lessons you didn’t know you would learn about yourself lol. Let’s see I also love nature and going hiking, pretty much anything involving spending time in the woods and I’m game. I do love board games and watching movies…I love pretty much any kind of music with a Banjo in it…’s a very happy instrument and uplifts me. I’m definitely the guy who works to live, I’d rather spend my time with my family than the office… so career driven I am not. I’m also a history nerd, and love to watch documentaries and going places to learn new things. I’m an avid reader but I read for entertainment purposes…not a big self help book guy though I do read a few a year.
Let’s see I love homesteading, beekeeping, doing my best to raise my own food though I find it’s easier to grow food I’m not to crazy about…like I love to grow tomatoes but really only like them in Chili or salsa. My dream is to have a place in the country and have at least two acres dedicated to an orchard of some sort. Hopefully this dream will be achieved sooner rather than later but it’s in the Lords hands.
I do like to travel and love to camp…so hopefully you like that. And I’m obviously terrible at writing about myself as I still have a 1000 characters to go and my minds blank. So let’s see don’t mind watching sports but I find it can consume people and would rather do something else honestly…I love the water as I find it soothing and I just love nature and don’t get out in it as much as I wish. Oh dream job would definitely be a park ranger so I could drive a truck around and have my dog with me all the time…need an awesome dog to as I don’t have one currently…but those jobs don’t make any money so that’s my retirement plan if I go stir crazy.
