I am an easy going, kind, even-tempered and fun-loving lady who loves people, coffee and great conversation. I am looking for an honest, safe, trustworthy, healthy and wholesome Christian man who is interested in a reciprocal and mutually loving relationship. He must be willing to protect, value, and cherish a good woman. I am a very healthy and young for my age and enjoy being active.
Some of my favorite activities are:
Walks, swimming, ping pong, tennis, golf, pickle ball, singing, knitting, good movies/documentaries, card games, Bible studies, travel, camping, eating out, baking, road trips, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Homemaking and creating a clean, welcoming and inviting home for family and guests has always brought me joy.
I attended college for one year before marriage, and later took some university courses and night courses. I love to learn and research topics that I am interested in and enjoy teaching Bible Studies and teen SS classes as well. I do volunteer work, trained as a Faith Based Domestic Abuse Victims Advocate.
Widowed when young, and then remarried but he was abusive and it became an intolerable situation. God ( and my amazing kids) rescued me.
I was born in NB and have a twin brother and 7 siblings. I love to travel and have seen a lot of Canada, some of the States, and have been to England, and Israel. I'm always up for seeing what's around the next corner, having new adventures and experiences, and discovering more of God's creation.
My 6 grown children are, by God's grace, my greatest achievement and my pride and joy. They are wonderful, wise and supportive adults who all get along well with me and each other. They have given me wonderful son and daughters in law and grandchildren.
