To speak candidly about myself, I'm going to reference a Bible story that is very well known to many of us.
That story is about Jonah and his crazy flee from God. I was baptized at 18, and I wanted to tell the world. The next day at lunch break, I broke the news to my core friend group. They did not accept me or my new found love. I was crushed and ever sense, then I have hid my heart.
It's going to take a pretty strong woman to support and grow with me as, at times, I want to give the truth, but very reluctantly. Coming back to the story of Jonah, it was not that Jonah tried to escape God, but rather God's pursuit of Jonah.
