Some even expect to be treated like a Queen or a Princess. Most guys know this and have no problem with it, in fact many enjoy doing it, it is how they show their love. It is how many a man has won the heart of a woman. Then for some mysterious reason only known to men; the Princess treatment stops and everything falls apart, they are even disliked! Want to know Why? Here it is : Where there is a Queen, there is a King, where there is a princess there is a prince. A King or a prince may lavish their affection upon a Queen or princess with never any thought of return. However .... When the attention is not reciprocated ie: the man is not treated like a King or prince then sooner or later resentment begins to grow which will give birth to a extreme "dislike" Just thought you'd all like to know. I really look forward to seeing just how often I can do special things for that special guy. I hope that I'll intentionally go out of my way to make absolutely sure he feels especially special! Of course, like others have said, I would also want to be treated the same way! If I'm doing all the giving, and am never on the receiving end, I think it would be very difficult to continue to treat him like royalty. Posted : 7 May, 2011 02:36 PM I think it runs deeper than that, really if you love someone you'd treat them kindly and sweetly as if they were family, and think of them. Would you get something for your children, or your parents, or brother or sister if they needed it? Of course you would, if you loved them you'd do all you could for them. When a man and woman marry they become more than just man and wife, they become family. There's rough times, I'm sure, but perhaps if spouses stayed closer together and decided they couldn't divorce each other because one can't divorce themselves from family, they'd treat each other more lovingly, and not just think about what's in it for them all the time. This is of course speaking both to men and women. Also if I may say, I have seen some rather selfless women. I don't really think women don't get it, we do. Sometimes realizing this requires a lot of maturity, and some people need to catch up, that's true. I didn't understand this for awhile. Rachel Post Reply

River, "not giving in" hmmmm.... Okay, not to get racist or anything, but I dated a hispainic lady once for almost 2 years, she supposedly really liked me and I treated her like a princess. She took and never gave back. She never gave in either so I quit her but she didn't want to break up, but refused to change. I got to thinking and paying closer attention to hispainic women after that and noticed there are only really 2 types, those who were raised the old way and wait on their men and and foot. And those modernized that are proud, controlling and seem like they are always competing with men. There is no like "inbetween". Apparently I got the wrong kind! Post Reply

We treat it as if it's a noun too much, like that we are all going to get it. But instead, we should be viewing it as a verb, by showing love through our actions. Post Reply

I dont get the whole princess title or treatment? Dont people who love the Lord treat others with respect? This woman's Hispanic roots had nothing to do with her character; you cant judge a whole race of gender because you didnt get what you wanted. And what did you want after two years? Thats a long courtship for abstinence...sounds like you just met someone selfish, not hispanic and not a princess in the true kingdom... Post Reply
