Of course, my mind automatically goes to someplace like Hawaii, which is always very romantic! However, I don't know that I want to have to deal with all the jet lag and stress of such a long trip at the same time I'm dealing with a LOT of new stuff in a new marriage. So, maybe that would make a great 1st anniversary trip! For a more realistic and practical honeymoon trip, I think I'd want to go someplace simple, like a secluded beach or the mountains. Either of those places provide opportunities for privacy, and both are beautiful, romantic locations. No matter the location, I would love to spend time exploring the local area, walking hand in hand, hiking trails or walking on the beach, finding special spots that only the two of us know about, stuff like that. I'm a simple person, and don't need a lot of highly planned activities to be happy, as long as I'm in good company! Post Reply
