I'm asking sincere questions to these women and still no reply. If you look at my inbox its a sea of red literally. Ive been on here before and ended up deleting my profile once, because it seemed like the activity is just not here like it is on other sites Im on. But think about it this way, it wont hurt to leave your profile on here, and keep checking it. In my opinion (and how I thought about it) you'd ony be limiting yourself if you deleted your profile, instead of keeping the door open. Post Reply

Given how "normal" and well-educated you are, you might want to try a site like OKCupid. It seems to attract a different crowd, and there is a pretty good base of Christians on there even though it's a secular free site. That's where I met my first boyfriend (he was an electrical engineer who worked for a software development company). Also, if you haven't tried any other sites, you wouldn't know this...but CDFF is pretty dead other than the forums. I've been on CDFF for three years. It is RARE that I get a message or even a wink. Very, very few guys contact me first, and when I initiate communication, I get NO responses. The only reason I'm still on here is because of the forums. Post Reply

Like some of the other posters have said, it's not very lively on this site, on top of that I've learned to develop thicker "skin", if I don't hear back, then that's fine, like they say, "on to the next". Online dating is quite different(of course). Though it's "efficient" people get to get a sense of you before choosing to talk to you, it can also be misrepresenting. In person/real life I seem to compel non-Christian girls when I go out in public, but I only date Christian(as it is permitted in the bible), oddly enough Christian girls here don't seem to like me(haha, or at least I don't get many responds here). At the end of the day, though I do my part, I believe God is in control and I seek and trust in Him that someone is out there. Proverbs 19:14 Post Reply

But the most important thing is to continue hanging in there and waiting on what God thinks is best for you. Personally, I rarely get messages and winks from guys at first. Many times when i write, i don't get response or if i do, someone is telling me of how we are not a good match...but that is fine with me. People have difference tastes and preference and i would not blame them for not liking or writing to me...I mean i also have my own preference! I told myself that if it is God's will that i will get someone on here to spend the rest of my life with, then so it be but even if i get a few genuine and amazing friends, i will still give him the glory. But at least I get to learn a lot from the Chat forums So just keep sending those messages anyway, who know? Post Reply
