Vaulting over a pit of man-eating tigers, slathered in barbecue sauce.. using only a thin bamboo rod.

Now that's what I call a dedication to fitness. Perhaps, you might post some of these videos up on youtube for us so that others can learn from your routine. :laugh:

I'm glad you asked that, CommittedToChrist! Yes, Barbecue sauce is excellent at minimizing those pores and giving skin that youthful, marinated appearance so many young girls and grill masters strive for!

I used to jog every morning for 30 minutes or more depends on my sched..Lately, i only have 2 or 3 times jogging sessions a week.

Walking also can help. Staying physically fit requires proper diet and discipline.

have exercise. I love eat so much especially Chinese food. :applause: however I have to maintain my body shape. Its a nightmare if my weight increase :ROFL:. Even busy with study, I always find time go to gym at least 3 or 2 times per week. and its really work.
