ooh nice topic... now, are you asking what our favorites are by list? or are you asking for the actual recipe to be posted?

I can give you a handful of favorites now... but if you want the recipes you'll have to wait till I can find them LOL.

I love to make my homemade swedish meatballs and noodles, italian meatloaf, mexican lasagna, and spicy thai chicken and rice noodles.

For desert... that's a bit harder... I guess I'd have to say my grandma's coffee cookies (leaded) with either chocolate caramel cream or amaretto cream icing. If not them... then probably my triple chocolate layered cheesecake (dark, choco chip, white layers in order from bottom to top).

As for the recipes for them... well that would take me a few to find them and type them out

I want the Mexican Lasagna recipe too. It sounds yummy.

One of my favorites would be vegetable beef stew. Both Healthy and satisfying.

I also like regular homemade lasagna.

I'll try and post them too allrecipes, and send you a link.

I love to cook so I have tons of favorites! My favorite thing to make, though, is bread. Of my vast array of bread recipes, I would have to say Kasha Bread is my (current LOL) favorite. It tastes just like my grandma's molasses cookies! Yummmm :) Kasha is buckwheat groats, by the way.

Second favorite might be peanut butter bread...

After that I lose track because I like just about all kinds of food LOL!

Oh, and I agree with everyone else: the Mexican Lasagna sounds luscious!
