What has your faith cost you?Posted : 23 Oct, 2010 12:31 PMWhat has your faith cost you? Do you think it's cost you more to get where you are now, or do you think more will be required of you as time goes on? |

What has your faith cost you?Posted : 23 Oct, 2010 04:15 PMThis is an interesting question. It's one that should challenge most American Christians, honestly. Too often we see people say, "Yeah sure I'm a Christian," but honestly, what does it mean for their life? One of the most difficult questions I've been asked is, "What if you found out tomorrow that, without a doubt, there was no God. Would it really affect your daily life at all?" Meaning, how much do I really rely on God every day? Ouch. |

What has your faith cost you?Posted : 23 Oct, 2010 06:07 PMNot nearly as much as if I had no faith. My last marriage because I refused to compromise my faith. |

What has your faith cost you?Posted : 25 Oct, 2010 05:18 AMI find that an interesting question as it is something that I always get comments about... "oh, you have given up so much!" BUT lets look at the positive side as well please and look to see what has been gained as even through the struggles we press into God and get to know him more... and that is more then worth while... even if I can't see it like that in this moment :) |
