One of my favorite breakfasts is Poached Eggs on Toast!!! :dancingp::dancingp::dancingp:

And I was just wonderin' who else LOVES this breakfast treat ... and knows how to make it!!! My mom loved Poached Eggs on Toast too and used to LOVE to make it for us to share sometimes growing up, then my ex-wife would make it for me too ... I was just thinking today about this breakfast joy and realizing it's been quite a while since I've had the BAREFOOT TASTE PLEASURE of having it and missing it!!!

Love,

Steve

I LOVE poached eggs!!! Hold the sauce -- I'll take just the eggs on toast. :applause: :dancingp:

I like eggs cooked about any way, as long as the whites are done..:eat:

Poached or sunny side up, on real sourdough, with green chile.

I love eggs, especially the yolks (yes, the worst part)

I like them with anything :)

this morning I had red chile tamales with over medium eggs!

Mmm yummy, dont forget to add a pinch of kosher salt onto the yolk when its cooking, it makes the yolk a bit sweet.

I'm new at this cooking stuff, so mine probably won't turn out as good as yours! :excited:
