Appropriate and Acceptable "Good night" for those over 40??

Scenario: you just had a wonderful 1st or 2nd date. Conversation flowed all night. Very comfortable evening. Good food, fun and fellowship. Good chemistry but not necessarily sparks. But would go out with him again.

What do you expect for that moment of "good night"? A handshake? a hug? A kiss on the cheek? Or just a light tender quick kiss?

What do you think is appropriate and acceptable as a Godly woman?

Really would like your input! Thanks!

Alright, I'm not really over 40, but I have the Godly woman part down! I'd say a hug, at the most a quick peck on the cheek.

A kiss on the lips would seem too much, even after a couple of dates, and a handshake would make me feel like we just got out of a business meeting.

Just my perspective.

I'll be 40 in a couple of months. I wouldn't expect to be kissed too soon. An older, wiser man should know that opening that door is a great risk to keeping evryone's virtue intact.

I have no strict set of rules, we can go with the flow, it should just come much later (closer to marriage, like after engagement) in the relationship.

A handshake....no thanks.

A smooch....no thanks. way too soon.

A peck on the cheek....maybe

A hand squeeze....maybe....like the kind you get at the end of the prayer.

A hug....sure.

A wave and a smile....sure.

Just a thought.....watch her and see where she is headed then go that way.

Best of wishes on your goodbyes.

A hug, and keep hugging on future dates until her lips yearn to be kissed, be patient, just wait for it to peak, but don't miss it either. Oh, and then it will be so Good!

I had one guy ask if he could pray before I left the car at the end of a date. He then asked for a hug.

Maybe that would work for you.
