Having a Christian boyfriend, girlfriend, or spouse is important because faith forms the foundation of a relationship rooted in Christ. When two people share the same beliefs, values, and purpose, it becomes easier to grow spiritually together and support each other in living according to God’s Word. The Bible reminds us in 2 Corinthians 6:14 not to be unequally yoked, meaning our closest relationships should reflect our commitment to God. A Christ-centered relationship not only strengthens love between two people but also glorifies God through their unity, patience, and understanding.

In as much as I agree, yet most Christians are unequally yoked and more marriages go the way of divorce so that even Christian marriages are undone and no one is equally yoked.

But on one note, "WELL SAID".

Yet, it is an idealistic note.

In reality, it is Proverbs 31:10, Matthew 19:10 and 1 Corinthians 7:1 and Ecclesiastes 7:28.

When we look back at the Torah we find the reason.Deu 7:3

You must not intermarry with them. Do not let your daughters and sons marry their sons and daughters,Deu 7:4

for they will lead your children away from me to worship other gods. Then the anger of the LORD will burn against you, and he will quickly destroy you.



I know a lot of people think, I am to strong to let that happen. Yet look around at your self, and be honest with your self. How many times in your life have you given in when your bf/gf/ or spouse wanted something you wanted nothing to do with? I know a lot of men that will spend the day at the mall to make their wife happy. I would in a heart beat.

So you see, HaShem seen that if we marry out side of our faith, we can be lead away from Him. Not because we don't Love HaShem, more like we want to make our partner happy in this life. Some even think that it shows the kind of love HaShem has shown us. Sadly that can lead to us falling away without really knowing we had.
