The so called 'church' does not exist within the Word of GOD Almighty,
you find the English word 'church', but you cannot find that word in the Greek New Covenant.
Seeing that the so called 'church' does not exist,look for a small group of believers in Yeshua the Messiah which get together and study the Word of GOD,and meet with them
The requirements you seek,you will not find those within the Word of GOD from the New Covenant,they just do not exist.
May i say this,please begin studying the Word of GOD Almighty yourself,when the Holy Spirit begins to give you understanding you will see that you have not been believing what is written within the Word of YHWH.
Concerning breaking bread (communion)
1Co 11:23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:
1Co 11:24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
1Co 11:25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
1Co 11:26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.
1Co 11:27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
1Co 11:28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
1Co 11:29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
Any believer in Messiah Yeshua is able to eat of the Lords supper not just the so called ministers.
Also there is no person to OFFICIATE the Lords supper for Yeshua is the HOST and we are the invited guests.

If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
The word church here in Greek is "ekklesias".
Ephesians 5:23
For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior.
The word church here in Greek is "ekklesias" as in many other Bible verses.
So, if your cult does NOT teach it then you are a cult member who will get to hell for heresies because the HEAD of the Church is our God Jesus and He is our Savior He promised to punish all false teachers and false prophets and if He is NOT your head because you reject His words then you will be judged for disobedience because you reject and teach what the Bible does NOT say and does NOT teach.
I would like to say that you have made the same mistake many so called Christians have been making time and time again; you actually believe the English translations of the Word of GOD are accurate,and have been translated correctly.
May i say that you should have looked more intently into the Greek language from which the English translations have been made from.

You will also need to look into the 501 c3 CORPORATE tax exempt status,which the so called 'church' so gladly receives from the United States government.
Look into the roots of the 501c3 status for the church and you will find the church is nothing more than a business, a corporation meant to withhold the truth from the people.
I know yourself and many others get very angry when i write this about the so called church,yet you and countless others will not seek the truth on these matters,this is why the BODY of Messiah Yeshua is weak and pathetic.
You know no matter HOW we would translate this word into your English. LOL
This word EXISTS in the HOLY Scripture and the Head of this assembly of believers called by us as the "Church of God" in English translations of the ancient Scripture is Jesus who is our CREATOR and God.
If you do NOT belong to this Creator and this assembly of believers/Church then you are NOT a believer and you do NOT inherit the Kingdom of God like all unbelievers.
Let me REPEAT: no matter HOW we would translate this word into your English :ROFL: or in your URDU English :ROFL:..actually NO one cares about any translations into any languages...YOU have to belong to the "Church of God" or you will be cast out of the Kingdom of God!
