:) I try to make it as clear and concice(to the point) as possible.
BUT...i must say..."God is not the authour of confusion"
is not correct really. I mean it is HALF correct, but that translation misses somthing.
That passage is from a chapter talking about ORDER and functioning in the gatherings of gGods people.
The Greek Word is Akatastasia(which is the word translated as "Confusion"), and it means Dissorder, or Revolution, Anarchy, distrubence. He is not the GOD of DISSORDER, but of ORDER(peace)
the Greek word truly translated from the greek, means "not beign able to stand up" or "unstable/Unsettled"
So confusion dosnt cover it...its Dissorder that doesnt originate in GOD.
But confusion DOES come from God to those who are Dissobedeint, and DONT love his truth(2 thesalonians 2:11)
"And if the prophet is deceived when he has spoken a thing, I the LORD have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel" Ezekiel 14:9
God Almighty says here that if there is a Prophet who has Spoken a lie, Saying that what the prophet "heard" from God was TRUTH, when really it did not come from GOD...It was GOD who deceived him, it was GOD who sent the lying spirit into the false prophet...(1 Kings 22:23) becasue the Prophets HEART was not for GOD but for hismelf.
GOD confused the PROPHET by allowing an evil spirit to speak.
I know...Ouch...But its TRUTH. SO i hope THAT made sence too. And know that God wont confuse those who STRIVE to know HIM. KEEP striving to KNOW HIM :)
THAT is eternal LIFE
And its a Choice we MAKE...to deny self and CHOOSE to KNOW JESUS.
the word KNOW used...is the same as to KNOW your spouse..intimately mary said to the angel (this isnt a direct quote but a paraphrase) How will i have a child, i have not yet KNOWN a man.
Same KNOW we need to have with JESUS. And its a CHOICE we make DAILY to seek out.
Cant seek that out if we had NO Will. And if you HAVE NOT sought that out...then you used YOUR WILL to not seek it out.

Please explain how it was a misrepresentation of the verse i quoted?
"and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.
16From now on, therefore, we regard no one according to the flesh."
If we are to no longer LIVE FOR OURSELVES...that means ALL carnality MUST go byebye, And LIVE for and UNTO JESUS who is our HEAD, our HUSBAND...SO...Individually, We are married allready, and any Secondary covenant(what was called mariage) is just a bonus brought to us by GRACE through CHRIST...IF we seek HIM...If we seek FLESH for ourselves...then we are NOT denying Self, and NOT living for HIM.
PLUS Paul said:
"This is what I mean, brothers: the appointed time has grown very short. From now on, let those who have wives live as though they had none," 1 Corinthians 7:29
IF you have a wife, it was suggested(not demanded) that you live as if you had NO wife...
Now he wasnt saying live like a swingign bachelor...No...He was saying Taht if you HAVE a wife already GREAT...but since JESUS is your TRUE spouse, and we are called to HIM, to live our lives for HIM
them we ought to live like we have none, as to GROW in knowledge of him, and become DEEPER in union in him, so as to be Properly USED for HIS SAKE...
Which, cna be shortend to..."deny self, dont know man(even your wife) after the flesh...

Yes RK I am aware that God has been known to send decieving spirits, I know in the new testiment it says we will send strong delusion (I think thats what it says) refering to people buying into the ant christ or the false profit one of them and way he causes people to believe the lies BUT he doesnt confuse us if we are saved and thats what I really meant he does not want me to be confused about what is the truth it is satan who wants to confuse me because I am blood bought and born again , set free by the truth

haha OK :) AMen!
I have a compulsion to be "Right" and point out true things to others, as if they May not know better..haha begging the Lord to beat that type of pride out of me....
I tried to also sum up my point of the FIRST post of mine with the post to you...as saying, we WONT be confused if we STAY obedeint...which of course is a CHOICE.
