Can one lose THEIR salvation

Hello eveyone:

Those which believe that they can lose THEIR salvation,YOU can lose YOUR SALVATION,for your salvation is just that it is yours.

Yeshau has no part in YOUR SALVATION,for your salvation is based completely upon YOUR WORKS,and upon YOU MAINTAINING your salvation before YHWH.

I will be going out on a Biblical limb for this one.

IF YOUR salavation is based upon the following, then you cannot be trusting Yeshua to be saving you from the Wrath of YHWH.

Because you are trusting in YOUR WORKS to save and protect you.

YOUR REPENTANCE OF SIN

YOUR confession of sin

YOUR confession of Yeshua

YOUR doing good works

I will stop with these.

Those trusting in these are not believing the GOSPEL of Yeshua.

For if you are able to be doing any REPENTING of sin,ANY CONFESSING of sin, ANY CONFESSING of Yeshua

Any Good works, before trusting Yeshua to be saving you from the wrath of YHWH against your sin(s),then you have not Biblical Salvation..

Then what you have is YOUR SALVATION.....

And you can and will lose your own salvation at some point in this life..

Eph 2:8 For by grace you are saved, through faith, and this not of yourselves; it is the gift of God;

Eph 2:9 not of works, that not anyone should boast;

Anyone that has been saved has been saved the same way as the those in the Scriptures,BY YHWH Graceing them.

Shalom

The Farmer

Repentance of sin

Confession of sin

Confession of trusting Yeshua

Good works

All of these happen AFTER a person has been trusting Yeshua to save them from the wrath of YHWH against their sin(s).

Any problems consult the Word of YHWH.

Mat 4:17 ~ From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, [[[ Repent: ]]] for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Jude, you are reading into this Scripture that a person has to REPENT of sin.

Actually Yeshua is saying to REPENT towards their understanding of the Kingship / Kingdom of YHWH.

*** NO Georgeyou are Reading into the Scripture what you want it to sayAll through the NT...while teaching in the Temple Jesus... speaks to All listening Jew and Gentile and Those that are near by (PharaseesSaducessHypocrites)that are SinFulI could list all those Scriptures but it would fill the page so Ill leave you with this one.

Mark 1:14-15

14~ Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

15~ And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: [[[ repent ye , and believe the gospel. ]]]

*** Here is what REPENT means George in this Scripture that Jesus said "REPENT".

Repent ~ G3340 ~ metanoeo

1) to change one's mind, i.e. to repent

2) to change one's mind for better, heartily to amend with abhorrence of one's past [[[ sins ]]]

Grace to you all in Jesus!!!

Facts to consider:

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in

righteousness That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. 2 Timothy 3;16-17

This being true, now considered what the Lord has inspired:

What does it profit, my brethren, though a man says he has faith, and has not works? can faith save him?

If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,

And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be warmed and filled; yet you give them not those things which are needful to the body; what does it profit?

Even so faith, if it has not works, is dead, being alone.

Yea, a man may say, You have faith, and I have works: show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

You believe that there is one God; you do well: the demons also believe, and tremble.

But will you know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

See how faith worked with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?

And the scripture was fulfilled which says, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

You see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Hebrews 11:17

By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaohs daughter; Hebrew

Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them. Hebrews 11:24, 28

Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling-block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin,

and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.

Ezekiel 3: 20-21

Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. Matt. 12:31-32

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised Moses law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Hebrews 10:26-31

For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh

unto cursing; whose end is to be burned. But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things

that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. Hebrews 6:4-9

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

2 Peter 2: 20-22

And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. Revelation 22:19

To elisha:

When you are reading the Word of YHWH,please look to see who Yeshua is speaking with.

Then find the issues He is addressing.

Then you should see what He is telling those he addressed to be REPENTING of.

Shalom

The Farmer.

ps

Just do not post the one Scripture verse which you believe fits your understanding and tries to show your point.

Post the entire context of the Scripture, and you will find that the results will be different.
