I spoke with a Christian today who tried to tell me that since I am the righteousness of G-d I cannot sin I may miss the mark here and but if I think of myself as a sinner I can never be an overcomer. On the inside I filled-up with righteous anger then I softly answered I will not and know I will not go to hell when I die since February of 1991 but I guarantee you in the past 20 years I have sinned. And whether we like it or not we cannot know the depth of sin the wrong thought the wrong word, the wrong act that raises itself against G-d is sin!!! She said to me well we may miss the mark but still we are the righteousness of G-d. I replied to miss the mark is not just the Greek for the word sin but also in Hebrew. I have had salvation once and for all by the finished word of G-d (Y-shua) on the cross but for the past 20years and counting, however, He intercedes for me daylily (Hebrews). He is my high-priest that intercedes for me daily and because of Him His mercy is renewed every morning. Because of Him, Y-shua, those sins that so easily best me I have been able to set aside like Paul said to do, but the sins like I grumble about certain type of customers at work (humans are made in the image of G-d if I grumble about people I grumble about G-d we are His creation) are forgive daily because of Him. I could not believe that preachers have convinced her that we are sinless. Yet at the same time G-d told us that people will preach the gospel but deny the power thereof of!!!! Yes healing(physical), fiancs and so on is the power of G-d but the POWER OF THE GOSPIL is Y-eshua and the forgiveness of sin THE PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE!!!!! PRASE BE UNTO HIM THE CONTINUAL FORGINENESS OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Colossians 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
3 For ye are dead , and your life is hid with Christ in God.
4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear , then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
5 MORTIFY therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.
8 But now ye also PUT OFF all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
9 Lie not one to another , seeing that ye have PUT OFF the old man with his deeds;
10 And have PUT ON the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
12 PUT ON therefore, as the ELECT of God, holy and beloved , bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
18 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.
19 Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.
20 Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.
21 Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged .
22 Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God:
23 And whatsoever ye do , do it heartily , as to the Lord, and not unto men;
24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done : and there is no respect of persons.
pj is Paul a liar when he is telling believers to put off the old man and put on the new man?
Believers are to mortify their old desires, turn and walk in the righteousness of Christ.
Yes Paul did that man you pointed out was under the law, so what law was he talking about, there are Good points made there, that ma is not in Christ, as we go forward to the man that is at the beginning of the ch, Paul speaks of him. Notice verse two and it's declaration Paul was made free from that law, but he goes on to say a Christian can put himself back under that law and he tell us how, the answer could not be any clearer to a hearer of the word.
Ga 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
Gods word from Paul to believers says,
This is the word of God to believers yes it is, but the Revelation is Paul before he was in Christ and free of the law of Sin and death. To say this context is speaking of Christians is boldly saying God is a liar.
Romans 1:1 Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God, 2 which he promised beforehand through his prophets in the holy Scriptures, 3 concerning his Son, who was descended from Davidaccording to the flesh 4 and was declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord, 5 through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith for the sake of his name among all the nations, 6 including you who are called to belong to Jesus Christ, 7 TO all those in Rome WHO ARE LOVED BY GOD AND CALLED TO BE SAINTS: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 7: 22 For I delight in the law of God, in my inner being, 23 but I see in my members another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members. 24 Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? 25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin.
There is a indwelling sin in us as believers our hearts are changed by God, but our flesh is not gone till we die. We are called to daily take up our cross and follow Christ. Believers will not be free of sin till we are glorified.
"Yes Paul did that man you pointed out was under the law, so what law was he talking about, there are Good points made there, that ma is not in Christ, "
God says Romans 1:1 Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God,
pj says
"This is the word of God to believers yes it is, but the Revelation is Paul before he was in Christ and free of the law of Sin and death. "
God says you can not add to his word to prove your worldly belief.

That statement you made is adding to the word, You continually say I say things, I did not say Paul was not a christian and we are not talking about what is stated in ch one, and then deny what he says in ch 8. Paul refers to himself under the law not PJ, you then say that is not true.
So you are one not listening or seeing the truth, or will not admit it either way it is not acceptable unto the lord
