(KJV) I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

Hello everyone:

In America, the 'church' has neglected to disciple people in translating the Word of GOD.

Most people read a translation not understanding that the translation the are reading may be wrong in many ways.

Here is only one verse of Scripture which has been translated wrongly.

(KJV) I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

The better and more accurate translation would be;

I am the valuable Shepherd, the valuable Shepherd lays His 'SOUL' OVER the sheep.

In the NEW COVENANT,the Greek word ψυχή psuchē should be translated as SOUL not LIFE; such as has been the case with John 10:11;(KJV) I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

In most of the modern translations,

the translators had their own prejudices while translating the Word of GOD.

We as Bereans should be doing our own translating of the Word of GOD,instead of just believing the translation that i have been reading is correct.

I believe most of the Pastors,Elders,Bishops and other people are not trusting Yeshua with the Body of Messiah,

If they were than they would teach the people how to translate the Word of GOD.

There would also be OPEN discussions when they would

meet together.

What these pastors, elders, bishops and others are afraid of is that people would begin to know that they have been deceived and will leave, thus causing a FINANCIAL loss which they could not bear to have.

Blessings

The Bible should be interpreted literally, grammatically, contextually, and historically. Deut. 29:29; John 10:35; 2 Tim. 3:15-17; 2 Pet. 1:21; 1 Cor. 2:13

On a literary level: a word can have more than one meaning. It relies on the context mostly on which fits best. I guess you never thought about that.

Your ridiculous attempt to translate here lacks context and history for sure. you don't need to be a rocket scientist to immediatly see that, and I don't buy your so-called empowerment by the Holy Spirit. 'Apostate' and 'false prophet' come to mind. Sad very sad indeed. I'll pray for you.

Excuse me emmabe,i believe you have never met me,nor do you know me in order to make the judgements you have about what i had posted.

I find that you are as most so called christians,in that you JUDGE people with no understanding of who the person is,or what that person is like.

Oh by the way,i had been taught many years ago the ways to read, understand, interpret, and translate the Word of GOD.

I also have others which read the Greek Scriptures to keep me in line,i also trust the Holy Spirit,as He is the one which EMPOWERS people to understand the Word of GOD.

Now please do not pray for me,as i would rather have a person which has been BROKEN by GOD Almighty to be praying for me.

First: there is no need to quote my writings in your reply. You're contaminating this forum enough as it is with false teachings.

Second: you seem to have put yourself above us all. Now who's judging again??

Third: you avoided my question on how you 'translate' Rev. 22:19. doesn't surprise me. (see basic psychology for answer as why you do that)

You might wanna start to accept prayers from people that don't belong to your cult.

Who knows, those prayers may get you saved some day. Amen.

to Versavia: keep it up girl. God bless you.
