Hello everyone;
Within the religion called 'christianity' there are people known as the Health and wealth advocates, Name and claim,( Also known as Blab and grab), Positive confession, and a host of other names.
These charlatans proclaim that if you say the right words mixed with faith, then GOD Almighty is OBLIGATED to make your words reality and perform tricks like a circus monkey.
What does the Word of GOD Almighty have to say about this.
Question: "Can Christians live their best life now?"
Answer: Joel Osteen�s book Your Best Life Now has caused many people to seek their �best life now.� Among the claims Mr. Osteen makes are �God wants to increase you financially� (page 5). He goes on to explain that this quest for financial and material increase is actually pleasing to God. No doubt, Osteen is sincere in what he says and believes that wealth and success really are the way to happiness. But is that what the Bible says? Does God want all His children to be wealthy, and does He tell us that is the way to find happiness? More importantly, is your best life now or is your best life in the world to come?
To say that life on this earth is the best you can have is absolutely true�if you�re not a Christian. The non-Christian lives his best life in the here and now because his next life is one of no hope, no joy, no meaning, no satisfaction and no relief from eternal suffering. Those who have rejected Jesus Christ will spend an eternity in �outer darkness, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.� This phrase is used five times (Matthew 8:12, 22:13; 24:51; 25:30; Luke 13:28) to describe the miserable existence of those who are thrust into it at the moment of their deaths. So, seeking to enjoy life while they can makes perfect sense for them because they really are living their best life now. The next life will be truly dreadful.
For the Christian, however, life here, no matter how good it is, is nothing compared to the life that awaits us in heaven. The glories of heaven�eternal life, righteousness, joy, peace, perfection, God�s presence, Christ�s glorious companionship, rewards, and all else God has planned�is the Christian�s heavenly inheritance (1 Peter 1:3-5), and it will cause even the best life on earth to pale in comparison. Even the richest, most successful person on earth will eventually age, sicken, and die, and his wealth cannot prevent it, nor can his wealth follow him into the next life. So, why would you be encouraged to live your best life now? "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also� (Matthew 6:19-21).
This verse brings us to the next difficulty with �your best life now� philosophy. Our hearts reside wherever our treasure resides. What we value in life permeates our hearts, our minds, our very existence, and it inevitably comes out in our speech and actions. If you�ve ever met someone whose life is bound up in pursuing wealth and pleasure, it is obvious immediately, because it�s all he talks about. His heart is filled with the things of this life, and out of the abundance of his heart, his mouth speaks (Luke 6:45). He has no time for the things of the Lord�His Word, His people, His work and the eternal life He offers�because he is so busy pursuing his best life now.
But the Bible tells us that the �kingdom of heaven,� not worldly wealth, is like a treasure hidden in a field�so valuable that we should sell everything we have to attain it (Matthew 13:44). There are no scriptural admonitions to pursue and store up wealth. In fact, we are encouraged to do just the opposite. Jesus urged the rich young ruler to sell all that he had and follow Him so that he would have treasure in heaven, but the young man went away sad because his wealth was his heart�s true treasure (Mark 10:17-23). No doubt the young man experienced his best life on earth, only to lose the hope of real life in the future. �For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?� (Mark 8:36).
But doesn�t God want us to live in comfort and financial security? We have only to look at the Lord Jesus and the apostles to know that the �best life now� philosophy is devoid of truth. Jesus certainly had no wealth, nor did those who followed Him. He didn�t even have a place to lay His head (Luke 9:58). The apostle Paul�s life would certainly not qualify as blessed by Osteen�s standards, either. Paul says, �From the Jews five times I received forty stripes minus one. Three times I was beaten with rods; once I was stoned; three times I was shipwrecked; a night and a day I have been in the deep; in journeys often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils of my own countrymen, in perils of the Gentiles, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; in weariness and toil, in sleeplessness often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness� (2 Corinthians 11:24-27). Does that sound like Paul was living his best life? Of course not. He was waiting for his best life in the future, his blessed hope, �an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven� for him and all who are in Christ. That is our best life, not this �vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away� (James 4:14).
How can we expect a world infected by sin to provide your best life now? How can we ignore scriptures like �man is born to trouble as the sparks fly upward� (Job 5:7) and �all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution� (2 Timothy 3:12) and �count it all joy when you fall into various trials� (James 1:2), and tell people their best life is here and now? How can we count as meaningless the suffering of the early Christian martyrs who were hanged, burned at the stake, beheaded, and boiled in oil for their faith and their faithfulness to Christ, gladly suffering for the Savior they adored? Did they die these excruciating deaths because no one ever told them they could have experienced their best lives if only they pursued wealth and a healthy self-image, as Joel Osteen claims? The Lord never promised health, wealth, or success in this life. We can�t expect the promises He makes for heaven to be fulfilled now, and the Church dare not promise people the impossible illusion of their best life now. Such a promise encourages people to decide for themselves what will constitute their best lives and then reject Jesus when He doesn�t deliver.
The �your best life now� philosophy is nothing more than the old �power of positive thinking� lie repackaged to scratch the itching ears of the current generation. If we know Jesus Christ as our Savior, our best lives await us in heaven where we will spend eternity in joy and bliss, enjoying a life which is better than the �best� we could have now.

Everyone, This subject is not about tongues, ( which are a KNOWN language, but unknown to the person speaking,which the Holy Spirit empowers as He is WILLING, not as one desires). Nor is it about THINGS, being restored, this is about the type of life Messiah says happens with the believers.

Yes, to hear all Jesus says is the best to know what type of life we have with Jesus, but here is a good part from His own words and the testimony of Christ..
John came preaching the straight path, as the Kingdom of Heaven was approaching (that Kingdom is within us) The preparation is people repenting and confessing of their sins, to escape Gods wrath that had arrived...

Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
The people were called from their lives, to join in with the life of Christ who was fishing for men..
Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.
Jesus immediately teaches how it is a tough way, to keep even the least of the commandments He gives to us, and unless our righteousness is greater than the unrighteous Pharisees, we do not enter into that Kingdom of Heaven that we enter into NOW..
Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus continues to strike it into us, how whatever offence we recognize in ourselves against the righteousness of Heaven now come to our knowledge, it is so serious of a matter we even should cut our own hand off if it causes only offence or we be thrown away from God into hell..
Matthew 5:29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

We can change nothing, do nothing, God does all, He commands us to guard our conversations to be as simple and unassuming as possible, or we are evil and we know where evil goes to..

Jesus ends here by comparing unholy people with the way the Lord does all, perfectly, to do more than what liars do, which is all for pretense and all to receive the same again, but Gods way is to give hoping for NOTHING AGAIN..Luke 6:34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.

The Lord rewards us openly, because the Pharisees rewarded themselves in darkness, but the Lord rewards us in light. We are rewarded with what we did, as we lay up treasures for ourselves. If on earth and darkness that is the treasure, but if Heaven and light, that is the treasure..
Matthew 6:18 That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

We cannot be a servant of God and of this worlds ways, love of money and love of self gain. Then Jesus makes it clear for us, take no thought for ourselves, for our own lives, trust in GOd instead is serving Him, not continuing to serve ourselves instead...
Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
The Gentiles, or those without God, seek that way for self, but if you want to seek God you seek His righteousness, not this worlds unrighteousness that dominates, and is chosen and trusted..
Matthew 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Be self critical and self judging, do not judge others and do not hear their judgement of others either,� recognize we are hypocrites, and God is calling us to b aware of that as all hypocrites have their part in the lake of fire..
Matthew 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

Exhorted again to enter the straight way,(remember make His paths straight) The way is narrow, it is like walking a tight rope then, you need perfect balance, concentration, and great practice without distractions, and you need to be aware of the greedy wolves that teach you this greed self seeking way(that is what they do so can we miss them)...

The calling to that Kingdom of Heaven really is a straight narrow one, teaching us pride or breaking the pride out of us? e are told again we cannot have world concerns, if we want to live that is..

The Pharisees are the example of pride, of people who consider they are whole, trying to correct Christ, Jesus did not come to call prideful people, but the poor in spirit, and those ones who can accept in lowliness and remain the same and sinners then to repentance..
Matthew 9:11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
12 But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.

Now, whatever house is worthy enough to receive these words of Christs teaching, receive that peace of Christ, because His way is the way of peace that those who ate peace resist, their terrible judgement comes upon their own heads in the day of judgement..

No man can know the Son of man, the Father knows the Son and the Son knows the Father, it shows how much nobody can know the Lord and what it means if anyone got to know Him, to LEARN of Him, for He is MEEK and LOWLY in heart(the poor in spirit)..

The Kingdom of Go had come among the people, and when Christ went away the Kingdom of Heaven is within us, or we have nothing, thing do not come to only go away again, but they come to stay and to remain. The Lord enters into the strong men's houses, and casts out those working with the devil from the devils binds, frees us so we can gather with the Lord instead of working against Him continuing in wickedness..
Matthew 12:28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.

They refused to repent at the preaching of Jesus, and when forgiven and when cleaned of an unclean spirit, if we continue without repenting we do even worse than what we were doing before we were cleaned, because as told elsewhere, it is better we did not hear the Holy commandment, than after we heard it to turn from the word of God that was delivered to us, but the sow washed returns to its filth..

You must hear the word of God and do it to do His will, these only are counted as His brothers and sister..

Now, how to hear, and what you hear. If you cannot understand, the devil will take that from you easily. If you do not realize you need a strong root in yourself, any persecution is not for you. If your love i this worlds concerns and considerations, the deceitful teachers will promote riches to you, not of this world only, but to entice you by any riches at all, instead of the poverty of Christ, who was rich, but became poor to make us rich, so we hear the rich message, or the POOR one? understand the word in a good and honest heart to bear all the fruit Christ has taught us about..
Matthew 13:19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

Be the least then is the message, because the least shall be the greatest, but only who God confirms on the day of judgement, our part is to be the least, not the greatest, that is the worlds unrighteousness,and be leaven that is not risen, it is flat, God seeks us to be abased not exalted and then we are whole. These are the ways of course that are still kept secret from the world, it is easy to compare when the world is man and man is pride..

Somebody who claims they are a teacher has difficulty understanding the most simplest of things?
Meyer is an example of placing focus on prosperity, and claims it is NOT WRONG. Sh will say you are wrong instead?
Should our focus be on Christs Gospel to fear God?

Inventing things about other people is bad, and it is still deceptive to try to encourage and fool people about having their FOCUS on rewards, as the only teaching submitted to them.
The same as trying to deceive people in any means whatsoever, such as to highlight prosperity for them and say this is the Gospel, and to present scriptures that seem to say what they are saying, it is called manipulation.
The easiest way to know what Jesus gives for us to hear is to hear what He says, show us the prosperity in the non stop admonition and judgement warnings if the deceivers can :)
In our beginning there is the Word, the Word of life, shining but cannot be understood, or seen. As if was never there to man, and man is the same way who comes to nothing again..

A preacher named Joyce Meyer teaches the keeping of the commandments of Christ. Then at the same time promotes prosperity. This is teaching for fearing to be poor.
Another teacher does similar, to keep the commandments of Christ. Then this teacher turns around and only promotes seeking of heavenly rewards. This is fear of being selfless.
The Lord teaches us no such way, He teaches us the fear of the Lord.
We cannot have fear of being poor, John 12:6 This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein. We cannot serve mammon. The sheep know He is the good shepherd. The Son knows the Father as the Father knows the Son, all is equal and the same. We know the Son and the Father the same way, hearing His voice within us and guided by Him and not ourselves. We believe when we see Jesus as the Son of God example for us always obeying the Father, doing His works, it is greater to believe by seeing the works then by only hearing about them....
John 10:37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
Without glory there is no grace, grace is conditional. Unless that corn of wheat fell into the ground, then none of the children of God would be gathered to God and He would abide without them, as we will abide alone if we do not also fall into the ground and die. If you claim Jesus Christ died for you, then face up to doing the same for others, or what forgiveness do you expect? If you serve the Lord, follow as Jesus does, He is the Kingdom of Heaven, that is what is within Christ, to be where He is you will have the same Kingdom within you, you are honoured if you serve Him, if you serve yourself you honour yourself and receive no further honour. This is the calling, this is what glorified the Son and God in Him..
John 12:23 And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified.

25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

27 Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.
28 Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.
That was the judgement of our world, that was the end of the devil. Jesus is lifted up above all and draws us up with Him. walk in light while satan is blinded. If you return to darkness when darkness returns, you do not know where you are going or what you are doing, believing in the light is being the children of light and the works of darkness are far away...
John 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

34 The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man?

Who can believe truly in the report? Eyes blinded and heart hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. Need to be changed/converted to be healed. Many do believe these days, as then, but look at the choice, they fail to confess Him before men, they love the praise of men more then the praise of God. Receive the law from His mouth, be lowly as every knee will bow to Him on the day of judgement, bow your knees now?� Even Jesus does not speak of Himself, showing how much we should speak nothing other than what the Lord commands. Do we want to have our existence with the Lord God? If we are not washed, we have no part with Him. All needs to be washed clean, we are to clean others as the Lord did, serving, but more importantly, being cleaned everywhere, heart and mind, we must be humble and doing the same work Jesus did, without being cleaned we have no part with Him, unless others know they need all to be clean, they will not be happy, unless they know and fulfill all of these things...
John 13:8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.

John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
If we are in Christ and bear no fruit, we will be taken away. So much for grace and no works. When we bear fruit we are increased to bear more. The word cleaned us, because when brairs and thorns are all around you, there is only choking, the thorns are the cares of this life, and people of this life trying to make you care the same thought for the next one too! We need to abide in Christ and Christ needs to be in us, without the Kingdom of Heaven within us where Christ is King, we cannot bear fruit, and when we have Christ in us we bear much fruit, that also is His grace and it is 100% the conditions as told, not invented or taken away from, neither do we bear fruit for ourselves, we grow this for the Lord..
John 15:2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
These deceitful teaches all say to keep the commandments of Christ. Why do they not tlk about them? Because they teach differently so cannot talk about them in great detail, otherwise they Would, Wouldn't they!? What kind of half teacher they show themselves, taking the name of the Lord in vain, when they must avoid detail of what Christ really says, not missing any part whatsoever. Love as Christ loved, laying His life down, not in talking, that is for deceivers to do, and they do it well and fully always and never can cease. If we want to be His friends, knowing what the Lord does, we see what He does, we see it in His works and the Gospel makes all clear, nothing else can, He made known to us all things of the Father, there is no excuse to not hear and to stop hearing all other at the same time..
John 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

There is no remaining cloak for sin. he sinners were made afraid, not only those who never confessed their sins, but the ones who covered them and never forsook them too. They hate the Fathers ways, because His ways are without sin. His ways are light, there is nothing covered that is not the way of light, that is darkness' way. They hate without reason, because there is no reasoning within them..
John 15:22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.
23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.
24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.
The world continues to be reproved for its sin ways, they do sin through belief in darkness and cease not sins by belief in light. For righteousness sake, the world persecutes us the same as it persecuted Christ. The father of lies and the man of sin is judged, he is over all in this world, they do his ways fully, and did not hear the reproof to serve the Lord just as sincerely, not serving sin ever again..(meyer is testimony that she sins not, but it is better to be judged by God, as pride is the wrong king and wrong ruler to have) Job 41:34 He beholdeth all high things: he is a king over all the children of pride.
John 16:8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;
10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;
11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Jesus overcame the world, He needed to for leading us the same way. Tribulation, especialy now the worst unfaithful days ever are a great tribulation, and peace is the way we overcome the world, peace and holiness with all men is serving them the same as Christ, and any talk that is f this world is painfully clear as rottenness and viscous selfishness..Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:..
John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Jesus has power over all flesh, so that we can receive eternal life, and have power over the flesh also. He gives us eternal life, He gives us to know Him, the Lord Jesus Christ is eternal life, and man is flesh, dust, why hear them!? Psalm 146:3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

John 17:2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
Kept from the evil. How far away, so you are mingled with it daily, or as far as it is away from the Lord? The truth is to not be of the world so you can say of the same level that Christ is not of this world, which is not one bit at all. All else is evil opinion. Made Holy through that Holy word, it is with power, not with failure. Sent into the world the same way Christ was sent. We believe through the word of truth, as we disbelieve through what is not of the Spirit of truth, someone teaching with no Spirit of discernment. All be one together in all things, The Father in the Son, the Son in the Father, and we one in the Father and in the Son. Even receiving the same glory as of the Son, (there is no glory in their self seeking or no working righteousness or of fear and focus on what they try to seduce our focus into) So we be perfect as He is perfect, because that is where and with whom we seek to be, so this world has it seen in it, the Father loves us as He loved the Son, and we love Him in return so much less and think it is equal?
John 17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.
19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
The world knows no righteousness, as that is the Lord. The Son knows the Father, seen by His love for us and the Fathers love for us for sending us how to overcome death by having the Son who is life in us and His love in us makes sin have no more refuge..
John 17:25 O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.
26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.
