Others maybe not All Truth100% Scriptures reference Living together Before Marriage This question could be much more easily answered if the Bible made a clear proclamation such as “living together before marriage or outside of marriage is living in sin.” Since the Bible makes no such definitive statement, many (including some who profess to be Christians) claim that living together outside of marriage is not living in sin. Perhaps the reason the Bible does not make a clear statement is that, in Bible times, the arrangement of unmarried people living as husband and wife was relatively rare, especially among the Jews and Christians. For the purposes of this article, when we refer to living together, we are referring to living together in the sense of living as husband and wife, including sexual relations, without being married. We are not referring to a man and woman living in the same house without sexual relations. While the Bible does not make an explicit statement about living in sin, that is not to say the Bible is completely silent on this issue. Rather, we have to put several Scriptures together and glean from them the principle that any sexuality outside of the marriage of one man and one woman is sin. There are numerous Scriptures that declare God’s prohibition of sexual immorality (Acts 15:20; 1 Corinthians 5:1; 6:13, 18; 10:8; 2 Corinthians 12:21; Galatians 5:19; Ephesians 5:3; Colossians 3:5; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; Jude 7). The Greek word translated “sexual immorality” or “fornication” in these verses is porneia, and it means literally “unlawful lust.” Since the only form of lawful sexuality is the marriage of one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5), then anything outside of marriage, whether it is adultery, premarital sex, homosexuality, or anything else, is unlawful, in other words, sin. Living together before marriage definitely falls into the category of fornication—sexual sin. Hebrews 13:4 describes the honorable state of marriage: “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.” This verse draws a clear distinction between that which is pure and honorable—marriage—and that which is sexually immoral—anything outside of marriage. As living together outside of marriage falls into this category, it is sin. Adam and Eve Many couples that has married God didn't put them together. It was their personal choices to get together. We know Couples get divorced because they're not following All Jesus' teachings for marriage. Many Men are not following Jesus as their Leader. Post Reply

I have Men teachers who know all Truth of the Bible. Unlike the 2 stooges on here with Ignorant mindsets arguing and Belittling Christian Men and Women!! But HC knows how to reach all people even When he doesn't Agree with their Teaching or Denominations. He just teaches scriptures against false Doctrine. Post Reply

I've chatted with serval on here over the years. Actually it's kind of Sad for any Younger Christian woman who's depending on meeting a match. I've read Profiles Many older 60+men are seeking young but they divorced Men. And most Young Christian women want young Men. Site Mostly good for foreign marriage. It is a Bible argument what he put together and what he has not put together. But I agree that Eve was made for Adam. Adam was not made for Eve. But Eve was made for Adam, and they were brought together. Eve was always a part of Adam. Bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh. She was always one with Adam her entire life. Some relationships, God does not approve. Such as a man having another man's wife. David's sin was not having more than one wife. David's sin was having someone else's wife, and then arranging the death of that loyal subject. Read what THE LORD says to David in 2 Samuel 12:7-9. Then Nathan said to David, “You are the man! This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul. I gave your master’s house to you, and your master’s wives into your arms. I gave you all Israel and Judah. And if all this had been too little, I would have given you even more. Why did you despise the word of the Lord by doing what is evil in his eyes? You struck down Uriah the Hittite with the sword and took his wife to be your own. You killed him with the sword of the Ammonites. God doesn't want us to have another man's wife. At least while a man is still alive. But now it is adultery on adultery. It almost seems a pre-requisite for pastors these days to be divorced or intending divorce. And people just commit one adultery after another. No one wants to reconcile anymore either. Post Reply
