I lean towards it being on purpose, but I do not know for sure. There need not be ever be a question like this from anyone that is a doer of the word, for the spirit of truth is in them and he leads and guides them in all truth. I began listening to Him many years ago and I know the Word of God because I began looking into it many years ago. Do you know what they both have in common other than truth? They both communicate intelligently that the reader and the hearer may understand. What comes from you is not. I think because your thoughts are still in your mind and you assume others know what you are thinking. I do the same thing some times. Us not understanding you has nothing to do with being carnal or spiritual it is your responsibility to convey what you are thinking else you should just keep silent. I have been in discussions with others about things I dissagree with and I understand where they are coming from because they convey their thoughts intelligently that others might understand. I cant even agree or dissagree with you because what you bring to the table makes little sense in what point you seek to make. Its not just me everyone has the same issue with you. I am not saying this to be harsh but to help you if you desire to have conversation. If your desire is just to post without conversation you might want to give that disclaimer first. Post Reply

These scriptures do that very clearly, but all truth is apprehended in the spirit of man not the mind. Scripture is not my thoughts, I teach my mind to accept Sripture as truth knowing the mind is not the garden for God's word. Not true, you and two Calvinist are not everyone, the word of God never makes sense, nor will it ever, it is spiritual and it is spiritually discerned I am not saying this to be harsh but to help you if you desire to have conversation. Post are not intent for conversation, but to help those who want to walk in truth, The topic of the Rapture is a matter of life and death, and there are those that readily mock that truth. He's not the only one that believes this doctrine either, but I don't understand how that can be possible. I believe the bible is totally and completely clear on this point of the "rapture". And besides, God has never saved people from persecution and tribulation completely, He typically saves us THROUGH tribulation and persecution. We're supposed to endure it. The early and medieval Christians were not spared from persecution, it's selfish to think we will be. :peace::peace: Post Reply

God is a god of order, not chaos; separating light from dark, land from sea, etc. Typically it is unbelievers who cannot make sense of what is written, so that they may be "ever hearing but never understanding" as prophesized.:dunce: Post Reply
