A victim ???...You mean like...Oh poor poor pitiful me...IWA and Donna are picking on me......Nahhh...I am at Peace and VICTORIOUS in Christ...
Jhn 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
1Jo 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
1Jo 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
1Jo 5:5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
1Jo 5:6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
1Jo 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
1Jo 5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
Well, perhaps Donna didn't mean to have malice, but one can assume there was definitely sarcasm, and it's pretty safe to assume it considering actions in the past.
Jude, if we want to heal the wounds here, we've all got to have thicker skin and just ignore the slights and sarcasm, that's the only way it's going to clear up. If Donna wants to continue with everything, just let her do it. We will all reap the fruits of what we sow, and our actions reveal a lot about who we are.
IWA, Donna is not innocent, and I hope you know that. If you poke a bear, you don't get to blame the bear when it jumps on you. From what I know of her, Jude is a pretty tough lady, and she might "bear" the responsibility for what she has said, but I can't say she's responsible for starting it.
Also, if you want me to speak up about what "everybody" says, it should be a two-way street, you should start doing the same about Donna and yourself. If I would continually imply that you're an unsaved fool with twisted and blasphemous beliefs, then I'm of the opinion that you would not enjoy it either, and you might even accuse me of having malice against you, and maybe you might even react to it sometimes.
The fact is Mark that several people here have a very twisted and yes... blasphemous view of God. I have no problem exposing that and explaining what makes it so using Scripture. I have done so many times.
If one speaks of God not being Sovereign over the universe, then they do not submit to His rule and authority. In other words, for them... there is "No God". This is a Biblical description of a fool. One can speak of God's sovereignty with their lips but if they simultaneously declare their own sovereignty then their hearts are still far from God.
If one speaks from his "own authority" and fancies himself to be a "great thinker" though he continuously speaks contrary to the Word of God, he is a fool. Prov 12:15
Now, you may argue that these guilty folks are not aware of their errors. You may be right. However, what do they do when their errors are shown to them? They despise wisdom and instruction. Who else does that? the fool.

Yup!!!...I totally understand...and your right...not only right...its the Truth about the whole situation...Thanks for saying it like it is...God Bless...XO

**That's fine, please continue doing so. If that's what you think, then it is your duty, just do it in Christ's spirit.

**That is a huge leap. You cannot just tell people that they do not believe in God. Their definition of the sovereignty of God is not responsible to line up with your definition. I can truly say that I believe God is sovereign in all things. You ask them, I can almost guarantee that they will say the same, and that sovereign God is the only one to whom they are responsible. They know that truth, and we agree, God is sovereign over all creation. The details concerning how they arrived at that conclusion are MUCH less important. I believe it's God's divine sovereign will that we have faith in his son in order to receive the gift of salvation. God is sovereign, and I obey Him, before Him I stand or fall, and in those things, I do them for the Lord. Your definitions of sovereignty do not apply at all, you cannot place your mind and motives and character in me, only Christ can do that.

**I see a lot of scripture being used to support my personal view, and the others do as well. That is not human authority. I am serving God, and studying His truth, if He wants to convince me of my error, He will, but the same logic applies, before Him I stand or fall. I can only pray for mercy. If you want to try and reason with me through the scriptures, you are welcome to bring new light from God's word to my attention, I will gladly listen to it, but I will not listen to a man's logic alone and it must be in harmony with the rest of scripture. In the same way that it's your duty to share and protect the truth that you believe God has given to you, I can't do anything else, I think that's an important point for you to understand. If I believe it's from God, you're going to have a hard time convincing me otherwise, and you should applaud that instead of mocking it. Truth, even if it might be incorrect, should never be abandoned without some kind of a fight/discourse. You should never take your conscience lightly.
Now, you may argue that these guilty folks are not aware of their errors. You may be right. However, what do they do when their errors are shown to them? They despise wisdom and instruction. Who else does that? the fool.
**Most of what I just said can be applied here, but from my personal observation, I have seen you also react badly to clear scripture that opposes you. You give up refuting it and respond by ignoring or dismissing anything else they say on the matter. I can understand your/their frustration because I've felt it myself. Some people appear so blind to the truth that they can't be reasoned with, but not a few times have I found out that I was being the unreasonable one. I have been shown too many times that I do not know everything. I need to have an open ear, but a firm foundation.
Jude, thank you for receiving wisdom and instruction:laugh:, I know it's easy to forget. I cheat and read over my post about 90 times before I submit it:ROFL:.
And just for the record, I'm not preaching relativism. I do believe that if the irrefutable truth is brought before someone continually and they continually reject it, then they will most definitely suffer the judgment for that. Paul does talk about a form of relativism though, those weak in the faith, those who serve God from their heart, and I believe Jesus' parable of the talents supports that. God didn't give 10 talents to all his servants, but they were faithful with what He did give them.
"His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord."
It's only when we're fearful or ashamed or repulsed of the "talents" that He gives us, that's when we are judged and punished.
