"During this 1260-day Great tribulation all of the New Covenant commands of Jesus will still be in force such as Matthew 6:31-34 where Jesus commands, "So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans {Like Louie} run after all these things, and your heavenly father knows that you need them. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own!!"
Matthew 28: 18-20: Jesus says, "All authority in heaven and **ON EARTH** has been given to Me!! {not some pope} Therefore go and make disciples of all nations... teaching them to obey **EVERYTHING** I have commanded you. And surely I am with you **ALWAYS**, to the very **END** of the age!"
When Jesus says to not worry and all these things will be added to you, seeking His Kingdom and righteousness, is the Kingdom of Heaven placed within us. Jesus is with us already, so it is not His commandments still being in force, it is the law and Christ in our heart always and forever. Jesus does not leave us comfortless, HE COMES TO US, and dwells in us..
John 14:6 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
7 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
8 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
John 14:20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
The Kingdom of Heaven does not come with observation, the false prophets interprete anyway, that we see Elijah Moses,whomever on earth, lo here, or lo there, but we follow no rubbish. But the day of the Lord is as lightening, and where is told below..
Luke 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.
24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.
Luke 17:37 And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.
Where the angels are gathering together, is where the body and kingdom of Heaven is, within the believer.
The Lord wills all men to repent, and faith is the evidence of things not seen, the substance of things hoped for, and all men are saved by faith, and when men see the hope, there is no more hope or faith or saving as without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God. Hebrews 11:6.

Matthew 24:9-12: Jesus says, "Then (During the 1260-day Tribulation} you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by **ALL NATIONS** because of Me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear {Like Louie} and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved!!"
Hated is to know, if they hated Christ they will hate us, and the world cannot hate you, because we testify to the world that it's works are evil, the world has hated us already, because we are not of the world. Christ gave us His word, and the world hated us immediately, because we are not of the world, and we are hated of all men for His names sake,and when they persecute you in one city, we flee to another as we see in the Apostles and Apostles Paul often...
Matthew 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

And he will be given authority over **EVERY** tribe, people, language and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast--all whose names have not been written in the Book of Life belonging to the LAMB who was slain.....He {The False Prophet} will force everyone.. to receive a mark on his right hand or forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name{666}{Which is an unpardonable sin as per Rev 14:9-11}. This calls for wisdom, If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is a man's number. His number is 666!
All have received the mark in the right hand already, it is a lie in their right hand. They are sent strong delusion to believe in a lie...

The whoore IS WHAT IS UPON THE EARTH, the world that thought it can never be judged, but strong is the Lord God who judges. As a queen she thought she will never have an end to sorceries, to fornications, to pleasures, but she ended being a lady and a queen, but widowhood came, death and mourning, and the earth and heavens are utterly BURNED WITH FIRE, as she that lives in pleasures is dead while she lives, and on eaeth they are prophesied to be lovers of pleasures right now..

He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making **EVERYTHING NEW**!" Then He said, "Write this down, for these words are TRUSTWORTHY and TRUE!"
The Lords words never pass away, the Heaven and earth do pass away, but the Kingdom of Heaven which is within us, the word, never passes away..
Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
Luke 21:33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Revelation 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
I was a missionairy in Israel and it is quite comical how the Orthodox Jews try to keep the OT Sabbath laws. One OT law states that you should not light a fire during the Sabbath and anyone who **LIGHTS A FIRE ON THE SABBATH MUST BE PUT TO DEATH** as per Exodus 35:2,3. This would of course mean that any Eskimo who lights a fire to keep from freezing to death must be put to death.
Exodus 31:12,15: The Lord said to Moses... "Whoever does **ANY WORK** on the Sabbath **MUST** be put to death!!"
John 5:8-11: Then Jesus said to him, "Get up Pick up your mat and walk!" At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked. The day on which this took place was a Sabbath, and so the Jews said to the man who had been healed, "It is the Sabbath and the **LAW FORBIDS** you to carry your mat!"
Luke 13:15: Jesus said, "You hypocrites! Doesn't each of you on the Sabbath untie his ox or donkey from the stall and lead it out to give it water?"
Mark 2L23,24,27: One Sabbath Jesus was going through the grainfields, and as His disciples walked along, they began to pick some heads of grain. The Pharisees said to Him, "Look, why are they doing what is **UNLAWFUL** on the Sabbath?" ... Then Jesus said to them, "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath!!"
Matthew 12:11,12: Jesus said , "If any of you has a sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will you not take hold of it and lift it out?... Therefore **IT IS LAWFUL TO DO GOOD**{WORK} on the Sabbath!"
Whereas in the OT in Exodus 31:12,15: The Lord said to Moses... "**WHOEVER** does **ANY WORK** on the Sabbath **MUST** be put to death!"
Since car motors have pistons that continually light fires the Orthodox Jews will not drive their cars on the Sabbath but the 7th Day Adventists drive cars to their churches on the Sabbath so according to OT Sabbath laws all SDA members should be put to death. A Sabbath days walk is only about 2/3rd's of a mile so you must not walk or travel over 2/3rd's of a mile on the Sabbath.{As per Acts 1:12}
Now in Israel most utilities burn coal which of course lights a huge fire so the Orthodox Jews turn on their lights and heaters a few minutes before the Sabbath begins??? But of course all the Jews and SDA's who do this are increasing the amount of coal utilities burn thus increasing the fires set during the Sabbath.
The last time the NT saints kept the Sabbath was the day before The resurrection of Jesus as per Luke 23:55,56. The NT saints worshipped and witnessed every day and so every day was the Lord's Day especially TODAY.
Acts 2:44-46: All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. ***EVERY DAY*** they continued to meet in the temple courts.
SOME GREAT TIPS FOR 7TH DAY ADVENTISTS AND TNT WHO WANT TO KEEP THE OT SABBATH LAWS:
***If someone commits the unpardonable sin of driving their car to church on the Sabbath thus starting thousands of piston fires just drop a cyanide pill in their Communion cup!!
Remember, to keep from sinning you can always go to church on a horse and buggy!!
***If someone puts their lights or electric heater on {To keep from freezing to death} during the Sabbath thus starting Utility coal burning fires just burn their house down; but wait until a minute after the Sabbath to start the fire!!!
***It would be wise to move to an area where you will not freeze to death during the winter such as South Georgia which is the same Longitude as Israel!!!
***If you live over 2/3rd's of a mile from your church or a Sabbath Days travel just come to your church a minute before the Sabbath starts {Be sure and bring a cot} since you cannot leave until a minute after the Sabbath ends. You could also stay at a friends house which is 1/3 of a mile from the church so you can go *ROUND-TRIP* on the Sabbath!!
*** If you do not want to obey the above tips you can always join another church which doesn't believe you have to obey OT Sabbath laws!!!
Galatians 2:14-16: Paul said, When I saw that they were not acting in line with the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter in front of them all, "You are a Jew, yet you live like a Gentile and not like a Jew. How is it, then that you force Gentiles to follow Jewish customs? We who are Jews by birth and not 'Gentile sinners' know that a man is NOT justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified.!"
Galatians 2:20,21: The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!"
Galatians 3:10-13: "All who rely on observing the law are under a curse, for it is written "Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law." Clearly no one is justified before God by the law, because, "The righteous will live by faith." The law is not based on faith; on the contrary, "The man who does these things will live by them." Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us!
Galatians 3:23-25: "Before faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, *WE* ARE NO LONGER UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE LAW!!"
Hebrews 8:8,9,13: "The time is coming." says the Lord, "when I will make a New Covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah".... By calling this Covenant "NEW", He has made the first one OBSOLETE; and what is OBSOLETE and aging will soon disappear."
Hebrews 8:6: But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which He is Mediator is SUPERIOR TO THE OLD ONE, and it is founded on better promises.
Colossians 2:16,17: Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you **EAT** or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or **A SABBATH DAY**. These are a *SHADOW* of the things that were to come, the reality, however, is found in Christ!!!
WHAT ARE THE 8 PASSAGES IN GOD'S WORD WHICH SHOW THE EXACT TIME PERIOD OF THE GREAT TRIBULATION IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE 2ND COMING OF JESUS??
There are 8 time periods mentioned in God's Word which show the exact tme period of the Great Tribulation which will end on the Last Day at the Second Coming of Jesus. A 1260-day tine period is mentioned 2 times in Rev 12:6 and Rev 11:3. A 42-month time period is mentioned 2 times in Rev 13:5 and Rev 11:2. A time period of time, times and half a time is mentioned 3 times in Daniel 7:25, Daniel 12:7 and Rev 12:14. And the last half of the last 7 is implied in Daniel 9:27a.which would be the 8th time period.
By comparing Rev 12:6 and Rev 12:14 we know that 1260 days and time {360 days}, times {720 days} and half a time {180 days} is the exact same period of time since 720 days plus 360 days plus 180 days also add up to exactly 1260 days.
By comparing Rev 13:5 with Daniel 7:25 we know that 42 months and time {12 months}, times {24 months} and half a time {6 months} is the exact same period of time since 12 months plus 24 months plus 6 months also add up to exactly 42 months.
And so 1260 days and 42 30-day months and time {360 days or 12 30-day months} times {720 days or 24 30-day months} and half a time {180 days or 6 30-day months} are the exact same period of time. And so all 7 time periods mentioned are exactly 1260 days which would be the exact time period of the Great Tribulation and the rule of 666 and the time period of the witness of Moses and Elijah during the 1260-day Great Tribulation.
Note: 666 is called the Beast 36 times in Revelation. By comparing Rev 13:5-7 and Daniel 7:25 we can know that 666 will rule for 42 months which is also time, {12 months} times {24 months} and half a time {6 months} in Daniel 7:25.
Which brings us to the 8th and last time period mentioned in Daniel 9:27a which is the last 7 of the 70 7's prophecy mentioned in Daniel 9:24-27.
Daniel 9:24-25: 70 7's {Or 490 years} are decreed for your people to finish traansgression and put an end to sin, to **ATONE FOR WICKEDNESS** {On April 5 AD 33}, to bring in **EVERLASTING RIGHTEOUSNESS** {On the Last Day of the 490 years or 70 7's} From the issuing of the decree {By King Cyrus} to rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One comes, there will be 7 7's and 62 7's. {Which is 69 7's or 483 years!}
The Coming and Anointing of the Anointed One took place in AD 29 and is recorded in John 1:29 and Matthew 3:13-17:
John 1:29: The next day John saw Jesus **COMING** toward him and said, "Look, Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!!"
Matthew 3:13-17: Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John....As soon as Jesus was baptized, He went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on Him. And a voice from heaven said, "This is My Son, whom I love, with Him I am well pleased!"
This Comiing and Anoiting of the Anointed One took place exactly 483 years or 69 7's after the decree of Cyrus to rebuild Jerusalem.
Daniel 9:26: The Anointed one will be cut off {When He **ATONED FOR WICKEDNESS** on April 3-5, AD 33} And the **ATONEMENT FOR WICKEDNESS ** must be in included in the 70 7's which took place about 3 1/2 times in the middle of the Last 7 after His **COMING** which happened after 69 7's. And that completes 69 1/2 7's of the 70 7's prophecy and leaves 3 1/2 times in the future.
Daniel 9:27 tells us about the last 7 of the 70 7's in this amazing prophecy:
Daniel 9:27: He {the Anointed One} will confirm a Covenant with many for one 7. In the *MIDDLE** of the {Last}** 7** {After 3 1/2 times} He will put and **END** to sacrifice and offering {On April3-5, AD33 the Anointed One put an end to all sacrifices for sin. And in the future He will set up an abomination that causes desolation {For 1260 days} until the end that is decreed is poured out on him. {On the Last Day of the 1260 day Great Tribulation as per Rev 19:20 & 2 Thess 2:8 & Daniel 7:26}
Hebrews 10:11-18: Day after day every priest performs his religious duties again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But when this Priest had offered for all time **ONE SACRIFICE FOR SINS**, He sat down at the right hand of God... Because by **ONE SACRIFICE** He has made ***PERFECT FOREVER*** those who are being made holy. The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First he says: "This is the **COVENANT** I will make with them after that time says the Lord. I will put My laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds." The he adds" Their sins and lawless acts I will remember **NO MORE**." And when these have been forgiven , there is **NO LONGER ANY SACRIFICE FOR SIN**!!
What is the meaning of Daniel 9:27a: "He {The Anointed One} will confirm a Covenant with many for one 7."??
Jesus confirmed in Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21 and Revelation chapters 6-19 that there would be a 42-month or 1260-day Great Tribulation; {which is also 3 1/2 times} immediatedly before His 2nd Coming; for Jesus said in Revelation 22:16: "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to give you this testimony **FOR THE CHURCHES!"
And Jesus gave us a New Covenant for 1220 days before His Resurrection which was from December 2nd, AD 29 to April 5th, AD 33; and in the 40 days after His Resurrection until His Ascension into heaven which would be at total of 1260 days or 42 30-day months or time times and half a time which is also 3 1/2 times.
Acts 1:3: He appeared to them over a period of 40 days and spoke about the kingdom of God.
3 1/2 times plus 3 1/2 times equals exactly 7 times and so the Anointed One did confirm a Covenant with many for 7 times which is the last 7 of the 70 7's Prophecy.
Daniel 7:25-27: He will speak against the Most High and oppress His saints...The saints will be handed over to him for time, times and 1/2 a time {Which is 42 months or 1260 days} But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever. {as per Rev 19:20 & 2 Thess 2:8} Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be handed over to the saints, the people of the Most High. His kingdom will be and **EVERLASTING** Kingdom!! (And Daniel 9:24 confirms that "70 7's are decreed to bring **EVERLASTING RIGHTEOUSNESS!!
Daniel 12:1-3,7b: There will be a time of distress such as not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people--everyone whose name is found written in the Book--will be delivered. Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to **EVERLASTING** life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many ro righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever... It will be for time, times and half a time { Which is also 42 months or 1260 days}**ALL** these things will be **COMPLETED**!!

Daniel 9:24 confirms that 70 7's have been decreed... to **ATONE FOR WICKED NESS** and Daniel 9:25 confirms that 69 7's of the 70 7's were totally completed at the Coming of the Anointed One in AD 29; and Daniel 9:27a confirms that half of the last 7 or 3 1/2 times was totally completed when the Anointed One ""ATONED FOR WICKEDNESS** and put an **END TO ALL SACRIFICES FOR SIN** in the middle of the Last 7, which was about 3 1/2 times **AFTER** His Coming and Anointing!!
It is interesting to note that 3 1/2 times, which is also 42 months or 1260 days; is the only end-time period mentioned in the book of Revelation or the NT. If there was supposed to be a 7 year or 7 time end-time period immediately before the 2nd Coming of Jesus; it would have certainly been mentioned in Revelation or the NT!!
There are many who wrongly interpret Daniel 9:27a and believe that there will be a 7 year time period immediately before the 2nd Coming of Jesus and that 666 will put an end to all animal sacrifices in a rebuilt Jerusalem Temple in the middle of the last 7 instead of Jesus putting an end to all sacrifices in the middle of the last 7 with His atoning sacrifice as per Daniel 9:27a.
WILL THE RESURRECTION OF GOD'S NT SAINTS COME BEFORE OR ON THE LAST DAY OF THE 1260- DAY GREAT TRIBULATION??
And then there are many who wrongly believe that there will be a pre-trib secret resurrection of the NT saints at the 2nd coming of Jesus just before the beginning of a 7 year Tribulation; and then another resurrection of the OT saints and Tribulation saints on the Last Day of a 7 year Tribulation at a 3rd coming of Jesus.
Matthew 24:3,9-13,29,30: The disciples asked Jesus, "What will be the sign of Your Coming and the End of the age? Jesus answered...Then you will be handled over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by **ALL NATIONS** because of Me. At that time many will turn away from the fairh and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved... **IMMEDIATELY AFTER** the distress of those days the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time the Son of Man will**APPEAR** in the sky, and all the nations will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather His elect from the 4 winds, from one end of the heavens to the other!" {Luke 21:28 adds "When these things begin to take place stand up and lift up your hands, because your redemption is drawing near!!"}
2 Thess 1:1,6-10: �To the *CHURCH* of the Thessalonians�God is just; He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen *WHEN* the Lord Jesus is *REVEALED* from heaven in blazing fire�. He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with **EVERLASTING DESTRUCTION** and shut out from the presence of the Lord *ON THE DAY HE COMES* to be glorified in His holy people!!�
The above passage absolutely disproves the pre-trib fairy tale since all of the lost will be resurrected on the same day all the NT saints are resurrected!!
Colossians 1:2; 3:4: To the holy and faithful brothers in Christ.... When Christ, who is your life, **APPEARS**, then you will also **APPEAR** with Him in glory!
Titus 2:13: **WE** wait for the **BLESSED HOPE**--the glorious **APPEARING** of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ!!
To be born again is to be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The soul goes into the state of grace, the effects of original sin are washed away, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit occurs. This is why infants should be baptized as soon as possible after birth.
And ADAM7777 teaches that you are born again by doing good works and obeying OT Laws???

QUESTION: Do infants receive Jesus and believe in His name???
Romans 19:8-10: The Word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart, that is, the **WORD OF FAITH** we are proclaiming: That if you **CONFESS WITH YOUR MOUTH, "Jesus is Lord," and be believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your **MOUTH** that you **CONFESS** and are saved!!

WHAT CITY BUILT ON 7 HILLS AND GREAT SEA PORT WILL BE THE HEADQUARTERS OF 666 DURING THE 1260-DAY GREAT TRIBULATION??
{666 is called the Beast 36 or 6X6 times in the book of Revelation} Revelation 13:5,7 The Beast {666} will exercise his authority for 42 {30-day} months {or 1260 days}... And he will be given power to make war against the saints and conquer them. {See Dan 7:25}
Rev 17:18: The *WOMAN you saw {In Revelation17:1-18} is the great *CITY that will rule over the kings of the earth.
Rev 17:3,5,6,8,9,12,13, 18: I saw a WOMAN sitting on a scarlet Beast {666} with 7 heads and 10 horns...The Beast, which you saw, once was {alive}, now is not {Alive in AD 96}, and will come out of the Abyss {Or Hell} and go to his destruction {See Rev 19:19,20} This title was written on her forehead �Mystery: Babylon the Great: Mother of Prostitutes and of the Abominations of the earth.� I saw that the WOMAN was drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus. The Beast {666}, which you saw, once was {alive}, now is not {Alive in AD 96}, and will come up out of the Abyss {Or Hell} and go to his destruction {See Rev 19:19,20} ...This calls for a mind with wisdom. The 7 Heads are SEVEN HILLS {ROME} on which the WOMAN sits {Or reigns}... Revelation 18:17-20,24 �Every sea captain, and all who travel by ship, the sailors, and all who earn their living from the sea, will stand far off. God has judged her for the way she treated you....In her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all who have been killed on the earth.�
Most Bible scholars believe that the book of First Peter was written shortly after the beginning of Nero�s Roman persecution of Christians in AD 64 because of I Peter 4:12,13 & 5:8,9. We know that Peter and his wife were living in Rome at this time.
Peter was inspired to write in I Peter 5:13: �She {Peter�s wife} who is in *BABYLON* {Nickname for *ROME*!} sends you her greetings, and so does my son Mark.� Apparently some Christians including Peter were inspired to call ROME �BABYLON� after Nero�s terrible persecution of Christians starting in AD 64. This is very interesting since the evil city of the End-Times is called �BABYLON� 6 times in Revelation 14:8; 16:19; 17:5; 18:2,10,21.
All encyclopedias agree that Babylon was completely evacuated in 275 BC and completely destroyed by 141 BC. The Wikipedia encyclopedia states, "By 141 BC, when the Parthian Empire took over the region, Babylon was in complete desolation and obscurity."
The only question that remains is: Was Babylon rebuilt so that there could be people living in Babylon around AD 65 when Peter wrote 1 Peter 5:13??? Which leads us to the promises of God in Jeremiah 50:1-3,13: This is the word the Lord spoke through Jeremiah concerning Babylon.."Babylon will be captured... A nation from the north will attack her and lay waste her land. No one will live in it; both men and animals will flee away!" Also read Jeremiah 52:52:61-64: And God ALWAYS keeps His promises. If you check out the latest Iraqi Tour Guides you will notice the following statement: "Today, BABYLON lies COMPLETELY in ruins. A large and splendidly carved stone lion is all that remains of its former glories."
I was a missionary in Jerusalem and Jerusalem was never known as the city on 7 hills. It has always been known as the city on 6 mountains {Not Hills} as stated in Wikipedia {Under the heading: Jerusalem Mountains} which are {1} Mount Herzl {2} Mount of Olives {3} Mount Zion {4} Mount Scopus {5} temple Mount {6} Har Menuchot.
�Babylon� {Nicknamed Rome by Peter} is a �GREAT SEAPORT� in Rev 18:17-19; JUST LIKE ROME and UNLIKE Babylon whose ruins are NOW 4 miles from the very shallow Euphrates River; and UNLIKE Jerusalem which is 2000 to 3000 feet above sea level and 35 miles from the Mediterranean Sea. Babylon is also completely FLAT whereas the End-Time "Babylon" will be a city built on 7 Hills JUST LIKE ROME!!

The mention of �seven hills� in conjunction with the Harlot Woman (Rev. 17:9) is often seen as an allusion to seven hills known to be associated with Rome: The Rome view is also built upon the assumption that the seven hills of Revelation 17:9 identify the topography of the ancient city of Rome. Because literature of the ancient world contains dozens of references to the seven hills of Rome, the ancient city of Rome was universally known as the city of the seven hills. Thus, such a topographical reference would immediately suggest Rome in the minds of John�s original audience. This suggestion is especially true given the fact that the seven hills were the nucleus of the city on the left bank of the Tiber River and given the fact that an unusual festival called the septimontium received its name because of this topographical feature.
Rome has always been known as the CITY built on 7 Hills by Romulus from whom Rome gets its name. The following is a quote from Wikipedia Encyclopedia: The Seven Hills of Rome (Italian: Sette colli di Roma) east of the river Tiber form the geographical heart of Rome, within the walls of the ancient city. The SEVEN HILLS are: Aventine Hill, Caelian Hill, Captoline Hill, Palantine Hill, Quirinal Hill, Esquiline Hill, and Viminal Hill.
According to Wikipedia Rome is in the Lazio region of central Italy on the Tiber river (Italian: Tevere). The original settlement developed on hills that faced onto a ford beside the Tiber Island, the only natural ford of the river in this area. Modern Rome is also crossed by another deep river, the Aniene, which flows into the Tiber north of the historic centre. Although the city centre is about 24 kilometres (15 mi) inland from the Tyrrhenian Sea, the *CITY TERRITORY EXTENDS TO THE SHORE*, where the south-western district of Ostia is located.
In addition, the notion that John�s audience would have understood the imagery of Revelation 17 as referring to the topography of Rome seems strengthened by the discovery of the Dea Roma Coin minted in A.D. 71 in Asia Minor. One side of the coin contains the portrait of the emperor. The reverse side of the coin depicts Rome, a Roman pagan goddess, sitting on seven hills seated by the waters of the Tiber River. There are obvious similarities between the Dea Roma Coin and the imagery of Revelation 17. In both cases, the goddess and the harlot are seated on seven hills and are seated either on or by the waters (Rev. 17:1).
In addition, the name of the goddess was thought by many Romans to be Amor, which is Roma spelled backwards. Amor was the goddess of love and sexuality. Thus, both the woman on the coin and the woman in Revelation 17 represent harlotry (Rev. 17:5). Furthermore, the coin equates Roma with the power of the Roman Empire, which was active in persecuting Christians of John�s day. The placement of Vespasian on one side of the coin and Roma on the other makes this connection. . . . The goddess is also pictured as holding a sword, which may depict Rome�s imperial power. This imagery parallels with the woman in Revelation 17 who is said to be drunk with the blood of the saints in Rev 17:5,9.
