**THE GIFT OF HEALING IS GIVEN TO THE APOSTLES AND THE BORN FROM ABOVE ELDERS**!!
The Gift of **HEALING** is mentioned in I Corinthians 12:9,28,30.
Jesus only gave the gift of healing to His 12 Apostles in Matthew 10:1,2: Jesus called His 12 Apostles to Him and gave **THEM** the authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness. These are the names of the **12 APOSTLES**. {And Paul was later to be an **APOSTLE**!} Mark 6:13: They {The Apostles} drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them!
Healing in the Book of Acts is **ONLY** performed by three **APOSTLES** !! The **APOSTLE** Peter healed in Acts 3:16; 4:9,10,14,22; 5:16 and 9:34. The **APOSTLE** Paul healed in Acts 14:9 and 28:8,9. And the **APOSTLE** Philip healed in Acts 8:7.
Healing is only mentioned once after the book of Acts in James 5:14,15: Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the **ELDERS** of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well, the Lord will raise them up. {And James 5:16 below}
So according to the New Covenant the born from above **ELDERS** of the church can heal others by praying over them and anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord!!
Now God may cause people to get sick as a discipline for not confessing their sins and truly repenting:
Revelation 3:19: Jesus says, "Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline, so be earnest and repent!!"
Hebrews 12:5-11: Do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when He rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines those He loves, and He chastens **EVERYONE** {Like Peter and David} He accepts as a son! Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as His children. For what children are not disciplined by their father? IF YOU ARE NOT DISCIPLINED AND **EVERYONE** UNDERGOES DISCIPLINE--THEN YOU ARE NOT LEGITMATE--NOT TRUE SONS AND DAUGHTERS AT ALL**!! Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live! They disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in His holiness. No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful {Possibly sickness}. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it!
So when a righteous believer truly repents of his sin and asks God's forgiveness in his prayers; God may heal this righteous believer of his sickness for James 5:14-16 states that "Is any among you sick? Let him call the **ELDERS** of the church to pray over them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sicjk person well, the Lord will raise them up! Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous **MAN** {All **ELDERS** are men} is powerful and effective!!"
Titus 1:6-9: An **ELDER** must be blameless, faithful to his wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient. Since an overseer manages God's houshold, he must be blameless--not overbearing, not quick tempered, not given to drunkeness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. Rather, he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it!
I Peter 5:1-4: To the **ELDERS** among you... Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, watching over them--not because you must, but because you are willing as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away!!
Of course Jesus who is God healed many times in the 4 Gospels. And Jesus only commanded people who were not His Apostles in the 4 Gospels to heal others in Mark 16:17,18 but Mark 16:17,18 is not accepted as the inspired words of God except in the KJV version.
In the non inspired Mark 16:17,18: Jesus said, "And these signs will accompany those who believe. In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands {??}, and when they drink deadly poison {??} it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."{???}
Many charismatics wrongly believe that Mark 16:18 above are the inspired words of God.
I Corinthians 12:4,5,9: There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them it is the same God at work... Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good, to some the gift of **HEALING** by that one Spirit. {To the **APOSTLES** and the born from above **ELDERS**}

Prophetic says we need to repent and cant have Gods love perfected in us. Here the niv shows what it MISSED in its translation of ABOUND in the kjv. Read and see it is admitting that ABOUND IS OVERFLOW, SO IN 2 Peter 1:8 it should have shown that these things need to be in us overflowing, abounding, in us in large amounts, as that is DOING THEM..

Look again and we SEE, the sick person LACKED FAITH. First the man had to gain faith, to confess his sins. The ones who are SICK, need to hear the exhortation here,(after all it IS for them) THEY NEED TO BE HEALED, THEY ALSO WERE SICK....

It is this deceived world that has been given time to repent of its fornications but they are taught it is the way to never truly repent so they die..

**There are over 400 New Covenant commandments in the New Testament. About 300 **DO'S** and about **100 DO'NTS and breaking even one of these 400 New Covenant Commandments is a **SIN** that must be repented of and forgiven!!
Some of these commandments are mentioned below:
Anyone who looks at a women with lust has committed **ADULTERY**! Matthew 5:27,28: Jesus says, "You have heard that it was said , 'Do not commit adultery." But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery in his heart!" {This of course would include pictures or movies of woman like in porn!}
Hebrews 4:12,13: The Word of God is living and active, sharper than any double edged sword... It judges the **THOUGHTS** and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight. **EVERYTHING** is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account!
I Corinthians 11:4,5,14-16 Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head. But every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head.... If a man has long hair it is a **DISGRACE** to him! {This would include a long beard!} But if a woman has long hair it is her glory! If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice--nor do the churches of God. {Unfortunately there are many sinful artists who make pictures and sculptures that show a sinful Jesus with **LONG HAIR**???}
I Timothy 2:9-11: I also want women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves not with **BRAIDED HAIR** or **GOLD** {Including all rings} or **PEARLS** or **EXPENSIVE CLOTHES**, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God! A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to **TEACH** or have authority over a **MAN**, she must be quiet!
I Corinthians 14:34,35: Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their husbands at home; for it is **DISGRACEFUL FOR A WOMAN TO SPEAK IN THE CHURCH**!!
Joyce Meyer who is the only well known preacher that is so conceited that she proudly claims that she **NEVER SINS ANYMORE** has committed the above sins thousands of times and has never repented of her terrible sins!!
I Thessalonians 5:14-18: We urge you brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, **HELP THE WEAK**, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to everyone else. Be **JOYFUL ALWAYS**, **PRAY CONTINUALLY**; give thanks in **ALL CIRCUMSTANCES**, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus!!
I John 2:5,6: Whoever claims to live in Him **MUST** LIVE AS JESUS DID**!
I John 1:8-10: If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the **TRUTH IS NOT IN US**! If we **CONFESS OUR SINS**, He is faithful and just and will **FORGIVE US OUR SINS** and purify us from all unrighteousness. **There are over 400 New Covenant commandments in the New Testament. About 300 **DO'S** and about **100 DO'NTS and breaking even one of these 400 New Covenant Commandments is a **SIN** that must be repented of and forgiven!!

1 Thessalonians 3:11 Now may our God and Father himself and our Lord Jesus clear the way for us to come to you. 12 May the Lord MAKE YOUR LOVE INCREASE AND OVERFLOW for each other and for everyone else, JUST AS OURS DOES FOR YOU. 13 May he strengthen your hearts SO THAT YOU WILL BE BLAMELESS AND HOLY in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all his holy ones.
Even praise and glory of men is treasure on earth, when we seek in secret from the Lord, not broadcasting, that is treasure in Heaven, which clearly is within us not on earth. SALVATION CLEARLY IS NOT GIVEN WHEN THERE IS NO REWARD, AND REWARD IS THEREFORE SALVATION..
Matthew 6:1 TAKE HEED that ye DO NOT your alms BEFORE MEN, TO BE SEEN OF THEM: OTHERWISE YOU HAVE NO REWARD of your Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 6:16 Moreover when ye fast, BE NOT, as the HYPOCRITES, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, THAT THEY APPEAR UNTO MEN TO FAST. Verily I say unto you, THEY HAVE THEIR REWARD.
17 But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;
18 THAT THOU APPEAR NOT UNTO MEN TO FAST, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
