Is "Once Saved, Always Saved" what the Bible teaches?

The Bible says "REMAIN in me and I will REMAIN in you" (John 15)

If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. (John 15:6)

Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off. (Romans 11:22) NIV

or

Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in His goodness. Otherwise, thou also shalt be cut off. Romans 11:22 (King James)

Our assurance of salvation is while we REMAIN in Christ and CONTINUE IN THE LORD.

We all error on somethings. I will admit to a million.

I do agree that those who go to hell were never saved in the first place.

Some have a false assurance of salvation. They think they have a license to sin. Some think that they can do whatever they want and that they are saved.

I believe that people can have an assurance of salvation.

I believe that all those who get to heaven LOVE GOD and LOVE THE LORD.

I believe there is an assurance of salvation for those that REMAIN in Christ and CONTINUE in THE LORD and in the KINDNESS of THE LORD as the scriptures say. (John 15:6 and Romans 11:22)

There are objects of wrath and there are objects of mercy.

We want to bear fruit.

God expects fruit from us.

We will be recognized by our fruit.

But apart from Christ, we are nothing.

If we love God and we want to place more into the arms of Christ, it is better for us.

If we don't want to place any into the arms of Christ and we don't love God or our hope in Christ, then we are most to be pitied.

Some have more assurance of salvation than others.

Some is false. Some true. But God knows his own.

Jesus' sheep hear his voice. Jesus knows his sheep.

God sorts it out.

HE KNOWS.

The Kingdom of God is quite a stew. But God knows who belongs in that stew.

I don't want to take verses out of context.

While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled. (John 17:12)

We are not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, we are to be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10:28)

A heavenly prize is for those that remain in Christ.

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 7:21)

TRUE. The dating site lacks participation in the forum. And there are different theories as to why. If the four that contribute the most got off, would the participation grow beyond belief? Maybe we try that! We four that argue the most and contribute the most just get off and see the forums grow with record participation. Then a great miracle will occur, and the forums will be suddenly worthwhile for a million people. Or at least a few hundred.

You certainly do defend yourself. Even when you do not answer the question, you defend yourself. And you are always up to war against men. The only man you think highly of is Jesus, and I'm not sure how well you get along with him.

But we all have flaws on this site.

Of men who can not find women, there are plenty.

Of women who cannot find men, there are plenty.

There have been people on this site for years (both male and female) who cannot find a mate, and likely will never find a mate because they don't meet other people's criteria. They are not close enough. They are not sound enough. They are disproportionate. WHATEVER? It is just a reality that most people will not find what they are looking for upon a Christian dating site. Scammers more find what they are looking for.

I don't insult you for not finding a man.

From what you say, you have found plenty.

Enjoy the plenty of men you have found.

I am not looking for plenty. I am looking for a few that meet my criteria.

One can get hundreds of people placing that place them on their favorite list and not one that placed them on their favorite list corresponds a week or offers a meaningful connection. But glad you have so many men on all the sites you visit. I heard Jesus is among them.

But for us guys, yes, it is harder to find a quickie here. It is easy to find people who want money. They are the main ones to write. It is also easy to find people that want an all expense paid trip to the United States. People want you to fund their travel and pay their rent and pay their gas and send them gift cards and the sky is the limit. These are the people who are quick to write. Without them, the site would be dead. And not all of us live in a populated place. But glad you have such an easy time to find men.
