**IS JOYCE MEYER A FALSE TEACHER AND PREACHER**??
Her now-unavailable taped message, �What Happened from the Cross to The Throne?� Joyce Meyer continued to teach the �Born-Again Jesus� doctrine. In this message, Meyer claims to have received the Baptism of the Spirit and sometime afterward felt a strange �flipping and turning� insider her body (stomach). She claimed that this experience led to a greater understanding of salvation and a greater revelation of Jesus� �spirit death� in hell and by so doing went to hell for all believers. Meyer, like many others in the Charismatic movement, believes that Jesus suffered in hell under the power of demons who beat Him and jumped all over Him; even though there is no Biblical evidence for this belief.
**WHAT DOES GOD'S WORD SAY**??
I Peter 2:24,25: He Himself **BORE OUR SINS** in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness, by **HIS WOUNDS** we are healed {See Isaiah 53:5,6}!!
Isaiah 53:5,6: But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed! We all, like sheep, have gone astray , each of us has turned to his own way, and **THE LORD HAS LAID ON HIM THE INIQUITY OF US ALL**!!
John 19:30: Just before His death on the Cross Jesus said, "**IT IS FINISHED**!!"
Joyce Meyer also claimed that she **NO LONGER SINS** in the same taped message:
�I�m going to tell you something folks, I didn�t stop sinning until I finally got it through my thick head I wasn�t a sinner anymore. And the religious world thinks that�s heresy and they want to hang you for it. But the Bible says that I�m righteous and I can�t be righteous and be a sinner at the same time � All I was ever taught to say was, �I�m a poor, miserable sinner.� I am not poor, I am not miserable and I am not a sinner. That is a lie from the pit of hell. That is what I was and if I still am then Jesus died in vain. Amen?�

**WHAT DO WE DO WHEN WE ARE TEMPTED BY SIN**??
Hebrews 4:14-16: Since we have a High Priest who has ascended into heaven. Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have One who has been **TEMPTED** in every way, just as we are--yet without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need!!
Hebrews 2:18: Because He Himself suffered when He was **TEMPTED**, He is able to help those who are being **TEMPTED**!!
James 1:13-15: When **TEMPTED**, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone, but each person is **TEMPTED** when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin!
I Corinthians 10:13: No **TEMPTATION** has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful, He will not allow you to be **TEMPTED** beyond what you can bear. But when you are **TEMPTED**, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it!
**HOWEVER, WE ARE COMMANDED TO WALK AS JESUS WALKED {SEE JOHN 2:6} AND TO BE HOLY AS GOD IS HOLY, WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE, AND SO WE SIN DAILY. AND WE SHOULD **DAILY** ASK GOD TO FORGIVE US OUR SINS AND PURIFY US FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS**!!
I John 1:8-10: If we claim to be without sin {Like Joyce Meyer}, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned we make Him out to be a liar and His Word is not in us!
The **DISCIPLES** asked Jesus, "Lord teach as to pray." Jesus replied **TO HIS DISCIPLES**, "When you pray, say: '**FATHER**, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our **DAILY** bread. **FORGIVE US OUR SINS**, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us!'"
Joel Osteen told Oprah Winfrey that he does not preach about peoples sins and that he did not condemn homosexuals and THAT THEY WOULD GO TO HEAVEN and were welcome in his Church.
I Corinthians 6:9-11; 18-20: Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers or homosexuals nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor swindlers {Unless they repent} will inherit the Kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God... Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own, you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with you bodies!
**IF WE DO NOT ASK THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME TO FORGIVE US OUR SINS AND REPENT OF OUR SINS GOD WILL DISCIPLINE US**
Revelation 3:19: Jesus says, "Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline, so be earnest and repent!!"
Hebrews 12:5-11: Do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when He rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines those He loves, and He chastens **EVERYONE** He accepts as a son! Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as His children. For what children are not disciplined by their father? If you are not disciplined--and everyone undergoes discipline--then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all. Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live! They disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in His holiness. No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it!
**JOYCE MEYER AND JOEL OSTEEN TEACH THE PROSPERITY GOSPEL: (Health, Wealth, and Prosperity)
This is a doctrinal position that teaches God�s desire is to make everyone healthy, wealthy, and happy. They teach that: If a person does not obtain that status in life, it must be something wrong with their faith in God. This is very popular on the TBN network and should be rejected according to Scripture.
Joyce Meyer has been documented as stating some very troubling ideas and encouraging people to focus on money and wealth. Take a close look at the following statements:

Everything she has came from Him: the $10 million corporate jet, her husband�s $107,000 silver-gray Mercedes sedan, her $2 million home and houses worth another $2 million for her four children,
$20 million headquarters, furnished with "$5.7 million worth of furniture, artwork, glassware, and the latest equipment and machinery," including a "$30,000 malachite round table, a $23,000 marble-topped antique commode, a $14,000 custom office bookcase, a $7,000 Stations of the Cross in Dresden porcelain, a $6,300 eagle sculpture on a pedestal, another eagle made of silver bought for $5,000, and numerous paintings purchased for $1,000 to $4,000 each," among many other expensive items � all paid for by the ministry. The articles prompted Wall Watchers[13] (a Christian nonprofit watchdog group) to call on the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to investigate Meyer and her family.
Following the adverse publicity about her lifestyle and Ministry Watch's request for an IRS probe, Meyer announced in 2004 plans to take a salary reduction from the $900,000 per year she had been receiving from Joyce Meyer Ministries (in addition to the $450,000 her husband received and instead personally keep more of the royalties from her outside book sales which Meyer had previously donated back to Joyce Meyer Ministries. She now retains royalties on books sold outside the ministry through retail outlets such as Walmart, Amazon.com, and bookstores, while continuing to donate to her ministry royalties from books sold through her conferences, catalogues, website, and television program. "The net effect of all of this," notes Ministry Watch, "was most likely a sizable increase in the personal compensation of Joyce Meyer and reduced revenues for JMM." In an article in the St. Louis Business Journal, Meyer's public relations director, Mark Sutherland, confirmed that her new income would be "way above" her previous levels.
Joyce Meyer claims that all this money and wealth were wonderful gifts from God that were earned and teaches that you should just **NAME IT AND CLAIM IT**!!
**BUT WHAT DOES GOD'S WORD SAY**??
**IS THE PROSPERITY GOSPEL SATANIC? *ARE THERE MANY ETERNAL REWARDS FOR SHARING WITH THE POOR**?
Acts 4:32: All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but **THEY SHARED **EVERYTHING** THEY HAD**!!
Acts 2:44,45: All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to everyone who had need!
Luke 18:20-25: Jesus said to the rich man, "You still lack one thing. Sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have **TREASURE IN HEAVEN**. Then come, **FOLLOW ME**. When he heard this he became very sad, because he was very wealthy. Jesus looked at him and said, "How hard it is for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God! Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle then for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God!"
James 4:3: When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with the **WRONG MOTIVES**, that you spend what you get on your pleasures.
NOTE: In addition to eternal life Jesus also promised the rich man eternal **ETERNAL TREASURES IN HEAVEN**
I Timothy 6:5-10 There are people of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to **FINANCIAL GAIN**. {Like the Prosperity Gospel of Joel Osteen and Joyce Meyer} But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing in the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, **WE WILL BE CONTENT WITH THAT**. Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the **LOVE OF MONEY** is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs!
I John 2:15-17: Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world. love for the Father **IS NOT IN THEM**. For everything in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever!
James 2:5-7: Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be **RICH IN FAITH** and to inherit the kingdom He promised to those who love Him? But you have dishonored the poor. Is it not the rich who are exploiting you! Are they not the ones who are dragging you into court? Are the not the ones who are blaspheming the noble name of Him to whom you belong?
James 5:1-5: Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming on you. Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the Last Days. Look!! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter. You have condemned and murdered the innocent one, who was not opposing you!
I Timothy 2:9,10: I also want women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God!
Hebrews 13:5: Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you!"
Luke 16:13: Jesus says, " No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money!"
2 Corinthians 6:10: We are poor, yet making many rich; having nothing and yet **POSSESSING EVERYTHING**!{AS per Revelation 21:1-5!!}
2 Timothy 3:1,2,5: But mark this. There will be terrible tines in the last days. People will lovers of themselves **LOVERS OF MONEY**.... lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God--having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people!
I Timothy 6:17-19: Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be **GENEROUS AND WILLING TO SHARE**. In this way they will lay up **TREASURE** for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, do that they may take hold of life that is truly life!
Luke 14:33,34: Jesus says, "When you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be **BLESSED**! Although they cannot repay you, you will be **REPAID AT THE RESURRECTION** of the righteous!"
Romans 12:13: Share with the Lord's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
Ephesians 4:28: Work, doing something useful with your hands, so that you have **SOMETHING TO SHARE** with those in need!

Romans 12:20,21: If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink... Do not be overcome by evil, but **OVERCOME EVIL WITH GOOD**!
! John 2:3-5: We know that we have come to know Him if we keep His commands. Whoever says, "I know Him," but does not do what He commands is a **LIAR**, and the truth is not in that person. But if anyone obeys His Word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in Him!
2 Timothy 3:15,16: 4:1,2: You have known the **HOLY SCRIPTURES**, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. **ALL SCRIPTURE IS GOD-BREATHED** and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of His appearing and His kingdom, I give you this charge: **PREACH THE WORD**!! {**WHICH IS THE ENTIRE NEW COVENANT AND NEW TESTAMENT**!!} be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths!!
**WHAT DOES GOD'S WORD SAY CONCERNING WOMEN PREACHERS SUCH AS JOYCE MEYER AND VICTORIA OSTEEN**??
I Timothy 2:9-15: A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or assume authority over a man, she must be quiet.
I Corinthians 14:34,35: Woman should remain **SILENT IN THE CHURCHES**. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission as the law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home, for it is **DISGRACEFUL** for a woman **TO SPEAK IN THE CHURCH**!
And so Joyce Meyer who claims she **NO LONGER SINS** is living in **CONTINUAL SIN AND REBELLION AGAINST THE WORD OF GOD**!!
**ARE WE ONLY REDEEEMED AND OUR SINS FORGIVEN BY THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF CHRIST AND NOT BY GOOD WORKS**!!
John 13:34,35: Jesus says, "**A NEW COMMAND** I give you: Love one another **AS I HAVE LOVED YOU**, so you must love one another!" John 15:12,13: "Jesus says, "My command is this: Love each other **AS I HAVE LOVED YOU**. Greater love has no one than this, that **HE LAY DOWN HIS LIFE** for his friends!"
Matthew 26:28: Jesus says, "This is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many **FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS**!"
Galatians 2:18-21: I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me! The life I live in the body, I live by **FAITH** in the Son of God, who loved me and **GAVE HIMSELF FOR ME**!! I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!!
Hebrews 9:12: He entered the Most Holy Place once for all by **HIS OWN BLOOD**, having obtained **ETERNAL REDEMPTION**!

Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, and Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people, and He will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for Him!!
Ephesians 2:13: But now in Christ Jesus you who were once were far away have been brought near **THROUGH THE BLOOD OF CHRIST**!!
Hebrews 10:8-10: First He said, "Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings You did not desire, nor were You pleased with them," although the law required them to be made. Then He said, "Here I am, I have come to do Your will." He sets aside the first **TO ESTABLISH THE SECOND**. And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ **ONCE FOR ALL**!!
Romans 3:21-25: But now a righteousness from God, **APART FROM THE LAW**, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness from God comes **THROUGH FAITH** in Jesus Christ to all who believe. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. And He is the **HEAD OF HIS BODY, THE CHURCH**; He is the beginning and the firstborn from the dead, so that is **EVERYTHING HE MIGHT HAVE THE SUPREMACY**. For God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether things **ON EARTH** or things in heaven, by making peace **THROUGH HIS BLOOD**, shed on the cross!!

No one can come to Me **UNLESS** the Father who sent Me **DRAWS HIM**, and I will raise him up at the Last Day!!... No one can come to Me **UNLESS** the Father has **ENABLED THEM**!!"
Ephesians 2:8,9: For it is by **GRACE** you have been saved, through **FAITH**�and this **NOT FROM YOURSELVES**, it is the **GIFT OF GOD**�not by works. So that no one can boast. For we are **GOD'S WORKMANSHIP**, created in Christ Jesus to do **GOOD WORKS**, which God prepared in advance for us to do!

Romans 9:15,16,18: God says, "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." It does not, therefore, depend on human desire or effort, but on God's mercy...Therefore God has mercy on whom He wants to have mercy, and He hardens whom He wants to harden. {But God's saints still preach God's Word to everyone}
Revelation 17:14: They will wage war against the **LAMB**, but the **LAMB** will triumph over them because He is Lord of lords and King of kings--and with Him will be His **CALLED**, **CHOSEN** and **FAITHFUL** followers!
**AND SO SALVATION IS 100 PERCENT **FREE** but **ETERNAL REWARDS** are 100 percent **EARNED**!!
Ephesians 6:8: Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men, because you know that the Lord will **REWARD** everyone for what ever good he does!
Revelation 22:12 Jesus says, �Behold I am coming soon! My **REWARD** is **WITH ME**, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done!�
Matthew 16:27: Jesus says, �The Son of Man is going to come in His Father's glory with His angels and **THEN** He will **REWARD** each person according to what he has done!�
Luke 11:33,34: Jesus says, "Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a **TREASURE** IN HEAVEN** that will never fail, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. For where your **TREASURE** is, there your **HEART** will be also!"
Luke 14:13,14: Jesus says, "When you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be **BLESSED**. Although they cannot repay you you will be **REPAID AT THE RESURRECTION** of the righteous!"
2 Corinthians 5:9,10: We make it our goal to please Him... for we must all appear before the Judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive **WHAT IS DUE HIM** for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.
1 Corinthians 3:13-15: His work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each man's work. If what he has built survives, he will receive his **REWARD**. If it is burned up he will suffer loss; he himself will be saved, but only as one escaping through the flames.
How to Win Heavenly CROWNS:
I Corinthians 9:24-27: Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes in to strict training. They do it to get a **CROWN** that will not last; but we do it to get a **CROWN THAT WILL LAST FOREVER**! Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air. No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize!
2 Timothy 4:7,8: I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the **CROWN** of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me **ON THAT DAY**�and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for His appearing!
The **CROWN** of Life for those who persevere under trials and persecution:
James 1:12: Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the **CROWN OF LIFE** that God has promised to those who love Him!
Revelation 2:10 Jesus says, �Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer... Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the **CROWN OF LIFE**!�
Matthew 5:11,12: Jesus says, �Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your **REWARD** **IN HEAVEN**!�
Hebrews 10:32-36: Remember those earlier days after you had received the Light, when you stood your ground in a great contest in the face of suffering. Sometimes you were publicly exposed to insult and persecution; at other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated. You sympathized with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions. So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly **REWARDED**. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you receive what He has promised!
When we accuse the Holy Apostles of being sinners, to excuse ourselves for being sinners, is that right of us? The Apostles are given the mystery's of God, accusers are not, they might seem as deceivers but the Holy Apostles are not, it is the false accusers that securely are, who give evil report against the ones who are right in the Lord..2 Corinthians 6:8 By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;
Peter the steward of the Lord was found faithful not unfaithful, and no man has right to judge who the Lord has approved, proving their falseness and we can recover the truth easily enough..
1 Corinthians 4: Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
Peter was to be blamed for what he had been doing, (not accused of sinning) Peter withdrew from the Gentiles company fearing the Jews disapproval, because clearly as yet, the Lord had not shown to Peter and to all people, how the Gentiles are not cleaned, and there is no need in the Jewish law to any longer separate from men who are non Jews, ( they were also not told as yet about the question of circumcision.) Peter clearly is NOT a sinner of the Gentiles. Peter knew these things as the Lord had revealed this to him also and Apostle Paul clarified the situation before the believers who had to learn this mystery from the Lord..
Galatians 2:11 But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.
12 For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision.
13 And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation.
14 But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?
15 We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles,
Before Apostle Paul was making clear the wrong Peter and the others had done through no revelation from the Lord, Peter had this vision from the Lord, of God cleaning the Gentiles, and Peter understood the vision as the Gentiles were then sent to Peter to preach to them and Peter confessed his own lack of previous understanding of how it was UNLAWFUL for Peter a Jew, to keep company with one of another nation, but God showed Peter that no man is unclean any longer, but in every nation, he that fears God and works righteousness is accepted with Him, Peter had kept that law for the Jews but found it impossible to keep when men of all nations want to hear about Christ from Peter and are called to Christ in union with Apostle Peter but the believing Pharisee Jews did not approve(it is the Pharisee believers that wanted circumcision for Gentiles, not Peter as accuser says)

Acts 10:30 And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing,

Acts 10:28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.
Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I� PERCEIVE that God is no respecter of persons:
35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
Acts 15:5 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.
Before the sinners are converted, and are erring from the truth, they need to confess to hide the multitude of sins. After converted and those sins are hidden, it is ridiculous to continue the process as if nothing was achieved or changed, pure wicked reasoning that has no place in the daylight.
James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;
20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.
As for repenting, of course some have not repented yet, others had repented, they kept the word of Christ, they kept His patience, they did not need to repent or would have been told to, but told to keep what they had through what they had done..
Revelation 3:8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
These others had chastening because they needed to repent, they had kept nothing, and SEE, we are judged as succeeding or failing according to our works, needing to repent or we HAVE REPENTED to receive salvation..
Revelation 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
Are we CLEAR what repentence is? It is not to be repented of. Repenting is clearing of ourselves of the wrong, it is fear of the Lord to not repeat, indignation against the devil to sin not, with great desire and zeal to follow the Lord rightly in all things, be ye angry and sin not, let all evil be put away completely, be with indignation and wrath against the devil who wants us to die in sins, be kind and forgive who still does the wrong, because Christ has forgiven us we do not need to pray any longer for it but need to walk in it..
2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
11 For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter.
Ephesians 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
27 Neither give place to the devil.
28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
