The other day when I was with my daughter, granddaughter and her friend I saw someone sitting begging by Walgreen's. He asked me if I had some change. I told him not now but I will.
Popping up in my head was how much money I had which was two ten�s and some change while about half way in the store I turned around and went back outside to him. I said to myself I will give him my change.
I approached him and got all the change I had in my pocket and handed it to him introduced myself sat down and had some small talk but before I left I asked do you believe in Jesus and he said he did.
ROMANS 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. 11 And not only so , but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. 12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Then I asked if he ever asked Christ for salvation. He said he did not want to talk about it. I told him all you have to do is believe and ask Christ for salvation and He will save you. He told me he didn�t want to talk about it. I then said you have a great day shook his hand and left.
I was grading myself on how well my witness was. I examined what I had said and thought I should have said that a little different and thinking I just gave him the change out of my pocket what is he going to think of my witness? Then I remembered i asked Christ for the right words to say and He would bless my effort.
2PETER 1:5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Here is a sample prayer if you�re not saved today ask God for salvation in Jesus Christ�s Name. Saying this prayer is a way to declare to God that you are relying on Jesus Christ for your salvation.
The words themselves will not save you. Only faith "full belief" in Jesus Christ can provide salvation.
�Dear Heavenly father I know that I have sinned against you and am deserving of punishment. But Christ took the punishment that I deserve, so that through faith in Him I could be forgiven."
"Jesus Christ, with your help I place my trust in you for salvation, and I ask that you will forgive me of my sins. I thank you for your wonderful grace and forgiveness.�
Go and tell a Christian church you have asked for salvation they will help you and go to Sunday school you'll find fellowship and the study of the bible to be a great help as you grow as a Christian.
Why did you give him the change, and not the paper money, or at least some of it?
If that were Jesus standing in front of you, would you give Him the change, while concealing the paper money, or that which is more valuable?
It appears to me that you failed the test.

The widow gave her two mites, representing that she gave G-d her best, but you gave a few coins, and then told the man how much G-d loved him..
Love to the poor, is love to G-d, stinginess to the poor, is stinginess to G-d!
