I've been noticing a trend among Christians lately...just wanted to know what everybody thinks. Quite a few Christians have been saying that they do not believe the Devil/Satan/Lucifer exists, what sayist thou?
The fact is that most so called Christians have never read their Bible through cover to cover even one time. Yet most "Christians" also think that they know everything on just about every theological subject. The reality is that true Biblical knowledge among "Christians" is abysmally low. So low, in fact that the majority of what passes itself off as "Christian" these days bares little or no resemblance to the Word/word at all. Proof of that is all over the pages of these very forums.
But hey, who cares right? According to most doctrine is just one of those pesky intellectual things that Christians needn't concern themselves with. Just go "follow Jesus". Whatever that means. Or maybe "go soak in the Holy Ghost" somewhere. Just sit and soak in "the presence of God" in the building.
The fact is that you can't tell any of them anything. Why? Because they can't be bothered by the God of the Bible. He interferes to much with their "emotional experiences". They don't want true knowledge,wisdom, holiness, righteousness and so on. They want to "feel good about themselves" and help others "build their self esteem"
Don't worry about what God commands. He isn't really that serious about it anyway. All he wants to do is love everyone all the time. Sin away, grace will save the day. In fact, He is somewhere out there right now just begging and pleading for human acceptance.. hoping and wishing that man will choose to love him.
My friend, if you really want the answer to the question that you have posted, I encourage you to read the Bible. Find out what the God of the universe has to say on the matter. All you are going to get here is a bunch of regurgitated pig slop.

Amen TBK, as the world and the churches get further and further from God's word. Most professing christians today do not even open their bibles, because bibles are not even used in most churches today.
Churches and so called professing christians are in for a rude awakening on the last day.
Well, I know he exists:devil:, just seeing if anyone else has noticed the trend. Most of the people that I was talking to basically wash away any story or reference in the bible they don't like as a "fairy tale", which makes it extremely hard to prove them anything from the bible. One "christian" went so far as to say that God and Satan are the same. The bible is absolutely clear in my opinion. The bible makes no sense if Satan does not exist.
