what is rebellion?Posted : 9 Jul, 2013 07:52 PMRebellion is intentional defiance to authority...many don't like to be told what to do...so they resist doing it...usually with a bad attitude. |

what is rebellion?Posted : 10 Jul, 2013 06:29 AMIt depends on the motivations. During the revolution, the King of England went against his own promises, and attempted to forcefully silence and suppress and disarm the people who complained about it. I'm not sure God necessarily blessed the conflict, but he definitely blessed the principles the new country was founded upon, it was a huge reformation from what previous governments were built on. I'm sure he would have preferred if we could have all come to a loving and considerate agreement for the good of everyone, but every once in awhile, when evil/tyranny starts to try to control people unjustly, I think it's necessary to fight it, tho not always violently. I wouldn't say that it's happening again quite yet though. |

what is rebellion?Posted : 11 Jul, 2013 04:12 AMRebellion, This first began in the beginning with God and the eating of the fruit. In Gods commands His first one is to not have any Gods before Him, right? All other commands hinge on this very one because they hinge on the reality of a loving God. |
