If I was a betting man I'd bet that less than 2% of the people on here know what Reformed Theology is. Anyways if this happens to catch your eye let's chat.

Actually the bible is a book full of truth that even the simple can comprehend, all other statements as the above are man's diversions from the Word of God.

You can not change God to fit your doctrine.

You can with his help to change you to his word and way of believing and thinking.

The idea that everyone can understand the Bible is NOT even a Biblical idea. Let alone, can a natural man even receive the simplest proposition, therein.

(1Cor 2:14 [KJB:PCE])

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

This context teaches the word of God is spiritually discerned, the natural man can not discern it. The flesh ruled by the senses and an unrenewed mind can not discern the word of God.

Now go back and read that context, before you suppose your answer.

Man is not just natural, nor has he ever been.

When you tell people how you can correct them continually should it not be according to the word of God, not man's own thinking?

Psalm 119:130

The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

Psalm 119:129-131 (in Context) Psalm 119 (Whole Chapter) Other Translations

The emphasis is always on the ability of the word of God, and man receiving that simple truth.

From the beginning of time as in the garden, until today Man has always been in the image and likeness of God, A spiritual being.

Job 10:12

Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.

Job 32:8

But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.

I know that Reformed Theology isn't the complete right interpretation of the Bible. A lot of things that the Reformed Theology says, is a misinterpretation of the Bible. Still I think that reformed people are true christians.

Oh and my secondary school/high school was Reformed

TC,

(1Cor 2:14 [KJB:PCE])

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

What that verses teaches is self evident to one who is born of the Spirit. It is not teaching that every man is a spiritual man.

(John 3:6 [KJB:PCE])

That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

We are called to correct false teaching, not judging those that are under reformation theology.

Reformation theology can not produce by its theology and doctrine.

Amen! To God alone be the glory!!

Revelation 5:12

Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

"In order, then, to illustrate and to protect the interests of sovereign grace, and to shut out all vain glorying, God has been pleased to make the way of salvation to be by faith, and by no other means."
