The Mighty Angel with the Little Book
1 I saw still another mighty angel coming down from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head, his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire. 2 He had a little book open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, 3 and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars. When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4 Now when the seven thunders uttered their voices,[a] I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven saying to me,[b] �Seal up the things which the seven thunders uttered, and do not write them.�
5 The angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised up his hand[c] to heaven 6 and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there should be delay no longer, 7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.
John Eats the Little Book
8 Then the voice which I heard from heaven spoke to me again and said, �Go, take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the earth.�
9 So I went to the angel and said to him, �Give me the little book.�
And he said to me, �Take and eat it; and it will make your stomach bitter, but it will be as sweet as honey in your mouth.�
10 Then I took the little book out of the angel�s hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. But when I had eaten it, my stomach became bitter. 11 And he[d] said to me, �You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings.�

YOU MUST PROPHESY AGAIN ABOUT MANY PEOPLES, nations, tongues, and kings.�
Like I said....... The Book about Revelations is about what goes on within people; including those in whom Christ will become uncovered allowing Christ to appear on earth a second time within human flesh.
Christians waiting for Jesus appearing in the sky to rapture them off of the earth and take them to heaven, are waiting for something that is never going to happen

Like I said....... The Book about Revelations is about what goes on within people; including those in whom Christ will become uncovered allowing Christ to appear on earth a second time within human flesh.
*** Really???...Thats interesting...I've been taught the book called "The Revelation" of St John the Divine is a "REVELATION"...Not a book "about" revelation [s] ...and I believe this because IT begins�"THE REVELATION of Jesus Christ, which God gave him, to show unto his servents things which must shortly come to pass;...."�Do you have a special revelation about Revelation you would like to share with us all here...I ask because what you stated doesnt line up with the Scripture posted...its leading into a differant topic all together�If I am wrong please forgive me but that�s How I am perceiving it�

*** Didn�t Yahshua...aka...Jesus ascended in the physical ???...I cant remember the verse at this time�can someone else here please share the Scripture verse about Jesus ascending and returning in like manner ???...the reason I say this is because Paul says in 1st Thes 4:15-17
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
[[[ 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. ]]]
*** Is this Scripture Literal�Metaphoric�or an Alagory ???...it reads purty literal to me and the Holy Spirit hasn�t mentioned anything to me about it saying anything other than what it says�its also not referring to a 1st or 2nd death�it is referring to [ which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.]...xo

Well, GJ, if it is purely literal as you seem to be suggesting in your above post?
Is the Bible really teaching that we simply dealing with real snakes talking like men, and that there are actual tails of dragons appearing in the heavens hurtling stars down to earth ?
Or is there something a little more behind the reason of why some of Abrahams seed are only grains of sand on the seashore while others become stars in the heavens ?
